Staff were fab. Treated as friends right from the start and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely breakfast too and with 4 fussy eaters to contend with that in itself deserves recognition. So a massive thank you to Mike and the two Lucy 's who were great. We will definitely stay again and look forward to playing uno with them again!!!
Nothing bad to say.
Freindly flexible warm help / assistance. Young Mike would always make sure you felt at home great guy, always ask if you need anything really goes the extra mile family well happy. Rooms good size for families, price range good. Recomend to anyone that may not have stayed. Thanks to all making us feel welcome.

A very pleasant stay due the family Mike & Chris and Co. Great breakfast and adequate room. Not much of a stone's throw to the attractions and a short ride to and from Blackpool North train station. Our wee girl Rimini refused to leave Lol :-) Be seeing you again in due course.
Good location, staff was friendly and helpful
Cheap Comfortable Owners
The staff were friendly
The room was discusting the dust was horrible it didn't look like there carpets had been hoovered for about 3 weeks, there was holes in the walls everywhere, banisters were held up by poles. Slug trails all over the carpet. Curtains were dirty & the bedding stunk of damp. Would never stay there again.
Not to far to walk to centre bar in hotel nice breakfast ideal for a nite away
No hot water for shower
Staff was nice and breakfast was good
needs updating and new mirrors, sinks bigger shower rooms. On the website it states its near pleasure beach when it is not we ended walking for an hour as we got the pleasure beach train thinking it would be close but in the end it was near blackpool north train station no where near the pleasure beach
The owner is a old man I am a 25 year old woman and after my night out I went back to the hotel alone around 12:30am at 1:30am the owner was knocking on my door in his underwear and dressing gown asking me why was I staying in the hotel I was supost to be out! I found very odd then when I explained what I do is none of his business I am causing no disturbance in the room I paid for and was alone sleeping and travelled from Manchester he then began to worry me and it caused me so much worry I had to pay £100 to get home alone at 2am this man should not own a business! And the place is smelly with a dog odour in the air with dog hair all over the carpets dirty mirrors not recommended especially young woman!
Family run b and b who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Excellent location. Beach was a short walk away.
