This Georgian building is in the city centre, 800 metres from Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station and the shops of Princes Street. It has free Wi-Fi and good-value en suite rooms. Hotel Twenty is a short walk from Edinburgh Waverley and Edinburgh Bus Station. There is a bus stop just outside with buses running all around the city. Historic Calton Hill is opposite Hotel Twenty and offers views of the city and castle. The Edinburgh Playhouse theatre and the cinemas, restaurants and bars of the Omni Centre are 300 metres away. The attendants were so helpful and friendly. Also that there was a computer in the lobby available for guests. No problems whatsoever.

Very friend staff. Clean and comfortable room. Lovely meal in the Thai restaurant, with very attentive waiter. The staff could not do enough for me!

Friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, clean and quiet room. Overall, we are satisfied with this hotel and hope to go back again next time. The location of the hotel is a bit far, about 10 minutes walk from train station. The street outside is a bit dark.

Standard of room was excellent and Thai restaurant was certainly outstanding quality food. Room overlooked busy road and sometimes could be noisy.

Very satisfied in this hotel, I'm very happy in Edinburgh. Staffs is very friendly and nice, have a good breakfast. And you have a good breakfast and service. Warm not enough, I think should be able to take more a quilt.

Good location, close to most sightseeings, only need by walking. The Thai restaurant is good. Very friendly staffs. Changed room during stay period, Room 5 is very nice for couple. Carpet is bit old and dirty in Room 6, could think to change:).

this hotel is the best one that i have lived. my ankle was sprained, the stuff of this hotel give a lot of help to me. and they also supply free breakfast , that is fantastic.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Edinburgh, excellent management, nice Facilities. 5 minutes from Royal Mile, excellent proposition for money. We was very glad to stay there. Not comfortable shower, but all another is more then good

Excellent position in the city with lovely views over Calton hill Staff very willing to help and to provide residents with particular requirements - in my case marmalade for breakfast. a rather pressured interaction from staff - let the guests have their toast hot and chat later
