The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big, light and airy. The location was within reasonable walking distance to the city attractions like the Castle and Palace. Very good value especially if you are a family. |

The hotel was simple but clean and confortable. A very nice eating area and in-house Thai restaurant as well... Shower was a bit tricky to run... |

I found the staff very friendly and easy to talk to. I enjoyed the relaxed warm atmosphere and the privacy of our room. The breakfast was leisurely and good quality. The level of comfort was excellent and I intend to stay at the hotel in future. |

I thought the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The nightly rate including breakfast is very good value for money considering the location is very central. I would certainly stay there again |

I had booked for 17 people for a hen weekend. From the moment we arrived the staff were helpful. The rooms were spacious (as some fitted 4 people) and were clean. Had all the basics-bed, en-suite, tv, kettle etc plus the added bonus of your own fridge excellent for a 2* hotel. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and service was great. |

the staff organised for a breakfast tray The shower stall was very small and had mould. The shower hot water heater was broken and was either freezing cold or boiling hot, so was unusable and we could not have a shower. The bed was not level across the bed and we felt as if we were rolling out of bed all night and had a bad nights sleep. |
