Situated on the edge of picturesque Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, The Rowantree Tavern offers home-cooked food, a motorsport themed bar and free on-site parking. Guests can choose from a wide selection of beers and lagers, malt whiskys, wines and cocktails in the bar, and enjoy the residents only garden in the warmer months. A darts board and pool table are also featured in the bar. A Freeview TV is provided in each room, as well as tea/coffee making facilities. Hairdryers, ironing facilities and baby cots can be provided on request. A continental breakfast is served in the lounge each morning, and restaurants, cafés and shops can be found in The Gateway Centre – just a 5-minute drive away. A variety of activities are available within the national park, such as hiking, horse riding and water skiing. comfy bed and friendly staff.Also ,like the fact it's family orientated as it's good to have kids around. maybe have an ashtray at top of stairs outside to stop people throwing stubs on to roof.

Host was friendly and helpful. Room was small and very basic; the shared bathroom was not next to the bedroom, but along a corridor past the outside door - rather cold in winter!
