The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. We arrived a little early and were offered free coffee while we waited for our rooms. The rooms and common areas were attractive, comfortable, well-lit and spotlessly clean. The information provided in the room was comprehensive and useful, and included the key to the free wireless - no need to go and ask for it. Overall, it feels as if a lot of thought has gone into this hotel; it was a pleasure to stay there. Minor points, far outweighed by the positive notes. No tea/coffee-making facilities in the room; no notepaper. Walls rather thin, and though the room layout mitigates this a bit (television against neighbour's bathroom, not bedroom, wall), light sleepers in the rooms by the lift shaft might want earplugs. The single rooms are fairly small - some feel deceptively spacious, but some don't. |

Great staff, lovely lounge/reception area, nicely decorated, well maintained, good location for nearby museums and close to tube station. No tea and coffee facilities in room, breakfast expensive in addition to price of room (we ate elsewhere), noisy air conditioning, only on our last morning were we given large towels, very small shower cubicle. |

Clean, chic, trendy design. Spacious and comfortable public spaces. Young staff very friendly and helpful. I just mentioned in passing that I would be going for a run the next morning and minutes later a hand marked map of a possible running route was presented to me. Clean comfortable room with unexpected evening turn-down service and robes. Single room a bit small but very adequate. Excellent location close to Tube station, shopping and restaurants, and close to the fun parts of London. Some single rooms share a wall with the elevator shaft which you can sometimes hear. Bathroom immaculately clean but single shower glass enclosure can be a bit of a tight fit. Plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. |

Fabulously chic decor - like a little private townhouse in the middle of London. Loved the cosy, home-like ambiance. The shower was a little small and difficult to navigate into, but this is minor compared to hte overall experience. This hotel is very modern, maintained to a high standard and represents excellent value for money. |

While the small room meant a very reasonable price, it was extremely well presented and comfortable, with plenty of daylight. |

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They helped with an early check in room when I arrived from a 24 hour flight at 8.30am, even though they were fairly booked out. The rooms are comfortable, bed is fine, reasonable outlook and soundproofed from Cromwell Rd The bathroom facilities are a bit too small, the shower especially in all the rooms I have stayed in - all 3 |

Location was good. The room was adequate and the Garden Restaurant was enjoyable. It was quiet. The abilty of the staff to speak English was very poor. The Sat TV was inadequate. The room blinds didn't work properly! One light was out in the Bathroom. A good hotel rather spoilt by lack of attention to detail! |

Fantastic modern decor. The restaurant was excellent value as the food was of a high standard and an in intimate setting. The staff were very professional and went out of their way to make us feel at home. I'm recommending this hotel to my friends. |

The hotel was very nice, clean and classy, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would stay here again anytime Only some minor things: several usual TV programs stopped playing after 5 min, the continental breakfast should have been better considering the price |

I was staying for 3 nights so I did not want to have a too small room (like it could happen in a single room in London) Therefore I took a double which was well equipped and modern standard, which does include the bathroom! All together a very nice hotel with good service, so I plan to come back her for my next stay. |
