The Rockwell  

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was small (single room) but more than adequate for what I needed. Bathroom was clean, bed comfortable.

The room was a little noisy as it faced the street. The air conditioning wasn't working so I had to keep the window open (noise even worse).

The rooms were large, bed was comfortable, good modern bathroom. Although on a busy road, very quiet. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Staff were friendly and very accommodating with any requests.

King sized bed in Europe! The room felt luxurious and it was a place we wanted to be, not just to sleep.

The Rockwell hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms were very clean. Although the single room may be too small for some people. Will definitely visit again.

we stayed in a Dekuxe Double Room with a view in the garden. The room was large, perfectly cleaned, comfortable and very beautiful. Great position, just few minutes walking from Earl's Court tube stop and on the direction to the airport. Great staff, great hotel.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was a good variety of cereals etc.

There was a problem with the wifi but it got fixed eventually. The windows in the room vibrated all night with the heating.

At last, after so many disappointments with London hotels, I have finally found one I like! A lovely small hotel, very attentive staff, a beautiful room with a private terrace, room service which was actually really good (good food, still hot, prompt service), a shower which actually worked (and was hot!) etc etc. I'll be back (and after having stayed in about 10 hotels in London over the last 6 months, that's the first time I can say that). Free wifi also good

The breakfast buffet wasn't particularly inspiring, but it is cheaper than other hotels I suppose. My room, although beautiful, was right under the restaurant, so the floor boards made a lot of noise. Having said that, it didn't actually bother me, and was only at times of day (morning and evening) where I was up and about anyway.

It is a quite boutique style hotel with a pleasant front of house staff

There are no tea or coffee making facilities in any room and the room we stayed in (201) had no shower door, just a curtain across and this meant that the shower water tended to run onto the floor. Also the sink in the very small shower room had a bad smell and needed a thorough cleaning. Also, we stayed with another couple of friends and our case was taken to there room and there case to ours inspite of the fact that room numbers had been labelled on the cases.

A hotel that punches above its weight. Lots of lovely little touches which show that owners and staff are really aiming to please. Will definitely recommend to others and will pay a return visit.

Great location, staff very helpful, rooms are amazing, great value for money.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean! The hotel is just a 3min walk from the Earl's Court District Line underground station, so it is very easy for commuting around the town. Besides, there are several restaurants nearby (fish&chips, Burger King, McDonalds, italian restaurants...).

The only thing was the refrigerator that didn't work, but once we didn't use it, we really didn't make any real effort to get it replaced.
