I liked all of it. Location, facilities and staff were all brilliant. I will be returning with my family!
Spacious room Location Kitchenette
Location was good as were the staff (particularly the day staff).
Very annoying knocking noise that happened all day and night every 2 minutes or so. I received a note under the door saying it would be fixed on the day I checked out so the hotel was well aware of the problem.
Everything was okey and the staff was really helpful. We liked the stay (the second time already).
Air condition system was a little noisy but working good.
I liked the flat in general, cleanliness , staff and arrangement
I didnt like the noise because our flat has street view, So sound of safety alarm for police and ambulance was irritates me.
excellent location, friendly staff, and good comfort
The gym was less than I expected. The noise due to construction or remodeling was annoying
Location excellent in very trendy area of London, which is well-connected to the West End, particularly by bus No shortage of good eateries very close by: recommend Exmouth Market lunch stalls during the working week Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine/drier: meant we could travel more "lightly" than foreseen Super view and very well furnished, clean and comfortable
Our only gripe was related to wifi, which tended to come and go. It also seemed complicated when people rang us, and they could not be put through to the telephone in our room for some reason. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank the staff most warmly and would fully recommend this appart hotel
Water Pressure in Shower very Low
location, comfort, brand new place
Everything was excellent. Staff were friendly, room had everything i could wish for. Everything was really modern and wi-fi was extra fast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
Everything I could ask for. All staff members extremely courteous and helpful. The apartment: comfortable, amenities galore, beautiful view out onto Rosebery Avenue. Neat as a pin. Location of hotel in beautiful area with shops and restaurants -- I went to four Indian restaurants alone, right within a few blocks of the hotel. Convenient walk to British Museum, Soane's Museum, St. Pancras International; and only about a 25-minute walk to National Gallery, Trafalgar Square, Charing Cross Road. To mention just a few places. I very much look forward to staying here again! I recommend the Rosebery to anyone.
Nothing. Everything was great.
I chose The Rosebery because its prices were better than most hotels nearby. I loved the suite, the free wifi, the well-equiped kitchen including nespresso machine and -cups, milk foamer and complementary bottles of milk and water in the fridge. Would have liked to stay longer than that one night.
They charge in advance.
Location and value of mony
Rooms are so small, no elevators and our room was in the 4th floar
The place was clean, easy to find, and convenient. Some staff is nice, some not too friendly.
For the price paid, housekeeping should come more than once a week. When we asked for a towel change, the receptionist told us to wash it ourselves. This place is pretty much self service with a touch screen with instructions on how to use appliances, which sometimes didn't match up. The website states bed is king size but it's basically a full size bed, tight for 2 people.
Really nice place practical functional and comfortable .Very nice professional staff
Itchy cushions on the sofa
Comfortable decor Nice big space in the apartment Friendly staff Thoughtful details - e.g. pint of milk in the fridge
V small bathroom - no bath
Wonderful studio and would stay again now I know what the situation is. Good facilities and easy to find.
I used the 'parking' filter on booking.com, and this is listed as having parking, so I booked it. It doesn't have it's own parking, but there is street parking available (limited spaces) across the road. These were blocked off for filming so when I arrived there was nowhere to park. When I asked them about parking in the area and said that it was part of the reason I booked, the receptionist and I walked around aimlessly looking. While I appreciate she was trying to be helpful, she did also roll her eyes and sigh 'I haven't got time for this' which was quite rude, especially as I didn't have time for it either.
My boyfriend and I chose the smallest apartment available and expected to be in a shoe box, but the room was a reasonable size with a sitting area and good sized kitchen. We only stayed two nights, but it was very comfortable. We loved how you could control everything with the touchpad on the wall and it even had instructions for the appliances. We were pleasantly surprised and would stay there again. There is a strip of good restaurants nearby too, and a waitrose, tescos and budgens all within walking distance.
Our room wasn't serviced during the day - it's always nice to come back to a made bed wen you're staying in a hotel. However, there might be an option where you can choose to have the room serviced.
Fantastic if you are fed up staying in hotel rooms and eating poor hotel food. This is a home away from home that offers every facility you could ask for as well as complimentry fruit, coffee/tea, water, milk, toiletries and in a great location near restaurants/take aways/supermarkets. I am staying here again next week for business.
nearby restaurants great facilities and staff
underground a little bit of a walk tourist stuff a long walk or tube exchanges away
Very comfortable room, air conditioning, good location to get around the city, parking garage closeby
No daily cleaning
Great location, 5 minutes from Farringdon tube. Lots of good pubs nearby, greasy spoons cafés within a few hundred yards. Staff extremely helpful. Can't complain about this place.
Location was very handy All the wonderful facilities in the suite. The amazing view of the City of London from the 5th floor Ease of check in and out Marvellous TV with catch up
Oven was difficult to use and too high up! Checkout time of 11 was a bit early
