This accommodation demands half payment on booking BUT has no facilities for on-line payments. The room was the tiniest we have ever stayed in. The shared bathroom was awkward.
Convenient location, in centre of town. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Friendly service.
- no credit card payments - random planks of wood under mattress - bugs in carpet in hallway - extremely shabby room - small room - no wireless
Everything from breakfast HALF A BUTTON MUSHROOM & QUARTER OF A TOMATO ONE TEASPOON OF BEANS, SMALL RASHER OF BACON & ONE EGG. The bedding did not match, & you had to pay before you stayed. Again hopeless Scotland
The toilet door does not close properly.
Accommodation was clean and homely. The owner was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was fine, cereal, full English, toast, coffee. It's a B&B, what more do you want.
everthing about my stay
Room was cheap
No Wifi Had to ask twice to get towels Room was very small
Friendliness of the staff, lovely garden area, large TV in room, good (free) wi-fi, good selection of cereals at breakfast
The premises were not very clean, thick dust in the dining area, grubby carpets, bed/bed clothes smelled, matresses on beds very old and uncomfortable, tea/coffee facilities but no tea, coffee, or milk, (staff did provide this on request), continuous noise from hallway throughtout the night caused by creaking floorboards, shared toilet had inadequate privacy (swing 'western' style doors) and had loose toilet seat, shared bathroom was dirty (shower head jets were black!), evidence of mould. Front door left unlocked all night. We did book for 2 nights but left after the first
Mrs Li is a superb host who treats guests as her own family. The guest house was full and everyone was looked after.
great for price. owner very helpful.
Mrs Li couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was at a time to suit us however early or late.
Nothing at all.
We really enjoyed our stay at this guest house.
operator was very friendly and attentive
bed wasn't great
Breakfeast was very basic (instant coffee und UHT-Milk, small portions of eggs and bacon, musty cereals) during breakfeast door to to road stood open broken toilet brush (only half handle) no spare toiletpaper in the toilets flush of one toilet not properly functioning
I was given a front door key as I was working late hours. Given choice of convenient times for breakfast. Friendly guest house, clean and comfortable. Near to shops and attractions. Good rates compared to other guest houses and included full freeview and wifi.
I was made to feel very welcome and couldn't have asked for more.
great value, great hostess, good budget accomodation
Mrs Li is very kind and very thoughtful. The house is very easy to find,it is very clean and rooms are very pretties and comfortables.althought it is not expensive,we have an english breakfast.I will come back here.
Li the owner was lovely
The decoration is in desperate need of updating and one of the beds was wonky so quite uncomfortable.
clean friendly,great breakfast.fit for purpose.
Loved the friendly welcome and the easy going feel
sharing a bathroom but having said that it was incredibly clean!
Clean and quiet place.Parking is on the street or behind the building (220yd, 200m)
The entire place. It was awful. Cramped, noisy, uncomfortable. A total riip off. Not worth 1/2 of what she charges. Place should be demolished.
Our host was polite and accommodating. Our room was bright and clean and the double bed was really comfortable. Loch Leven was a short 7 -10 minute walk away.
