The staff could not have been more helpful. The place is one of a kind - I can honestly say we have never stayed anywhere more charming and special. Walkins down the crescent is as close as you could come to stepping back in time and whilst the hotel pooffers every modern amenity. the staff do their best to take service back to a different age. We love it!! It has been a few years since the hotel was decorated and we thought it was in need of a bit of refurbishment. |

The concierge was absolutely fantastic. He helped organise our travel arrangements and booked an excellent restaurant for us. Also, the valet parking was excellent. Plus the free upgrade was good. the first room we were given had a very loud boiler system reverberating through the entire room, which was annoying when trying to sleep. (However, when we did complain we were given a very good room) |

The luxury and ambience of the Duke of York suite was perfect to celebrate special occasion - especially liked the opn fire in the room Room service has a very limited menu. With such sumptuous suite it would be good to enjoy the a la carte menu |

The room was spacious with a lounge area that opened out to the garden. The spa was lovely, it is a great hotel for relaxing as it is very quiet but right in the centre of Bath which means you can walk everywhere. The food service was very slow and the bathroom could have done with being updated. |

The attention to detail and high standard of service contributed to a perfectly relaxing stay. All as should be expected from a quality hotel. Pricey - best for a special occasion. The dining room is small - book in advance if you want eat there. |

C'est l'hôtel le mieux placé de Bath, la vue est splendide, les salons sont beaux et le jardin très agréable. La chambre était petite et défraîchie, la salle de bain sommaire, la télévision miniature. |
