1. I had no means of doing airline Ckeck In and printing boarding card. 2. There was no computer for Internet Access available in lounge area. 3. Breakfast finishing at 0930 is too early. Thank You |

Location, food , service and spacious rooms very clean. The extra charge on the menu was very misleading and very expensive ie the extras for a fillet steak. |

A very mellow wlecoming ambience with an elegance of an older world charm. Staff very attentive but unobtrusive. Bill of fare; excellent. |

Everything and the staff were a good mix of friendly and professional. Not applicable. I am already thinking about my next trip. Please note that I cannot answer the question on guest reviews as I am unable to locate this on the website ?? |

Staff were generally helpful and enthusiastic. However I thought the some of the people on the reception desk could be less officious-sounding at times, and reflect their human side more. |

The location was great. I was not that impressed by the standard of food at the hotel. I changed our booking to B,B and Dinner and booked in 2 additional guests for dinner. In addition to paying £35 per head for the guests we were charged an additional £3 per head to have strawberries and cream for dessert even though there was bearly a teaspoon of clotted cream on each one. Breakfast was not much better. |
