Excellent hotel, located in a classic English resort. The decor was spick and span, rather luxourious and classy. A tremendous place to stay. f

I enjoyed its ambience and its postion by the sea enhanced by the art collection in the sun terrace room. I chose it equally for its position as well as for its architectural design.

It was refreshing to see a hotel in the uk making a real effort in keeping their rooms, facilities etc upto date and in good order. I stay in a lot of hotels around the globe and uk hotels (larger size) are always a let down. However, the Royal Dutchy has bucked this trend. If the other hotels in the group are of the same standard I'll have no hesitation in staying again. Keep up the good work.!

Reception staff were very friendly and attentive on arrival, even got a call to check that we were happy with the room 10 minutes after we arrived. Room excellent (Deluxe Twin), with great view over the sea. We dined in the restaurant because we'd arrived quite late, very good food, and again excellent staff, very polite, friendly and attentive. Would happily recommend this hotel.

traditional standards of service, food, well maintained really is time you had at least one purpose disabled adapted room. the demographic of your customers means there will be an increasing demand for such facilities for many years to come. I would not recommend to other wheelchair users

Excellent staff, clean and very comfortable room with all necessities, fan, mini-bar, safe etc. Lovely luxurious Hotel with great sea views. Food superb. Will be looking to return later in the year if possible. Thank you very much. Thought some drinks a bit expensive, i.e. glass of port after dinner was very expensive for such a very small drink.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and comfy and had everything I needed. Although the food was amazing - the cost was ridiculously expensive.

The staff were extremely helpful and genuine nothing was too much trouble, lovely gentleman took my bags to my room which means a lot when you've got an overnight bag, laptop etc to carry. My room was very comfortable and clean and the bed was excellent. Will definately make this a regular hotel to stay at.

The location was, of course, first class, and that gives a big impression to start with. Whilst I found the room excellent for my requirements (a one night stay), it was slightly marred by the loud crashing of bottles being emptied into bins just outside my room quite early in the morning. Not a good start to the day. Really, nothing. The location and standard of the hotel made it a good experience
