Extra bedden zijn op verzoek beschikbaar en dienen door het hotel te worden bevestigd.

Location was good. Booking via Booking.com offered competitive rates. Overall a very satisfactory stay Not keen on the theme nights, no provision for guests not participating. |

Staff very helpful. Restaurant was excellent, we has a superb evening meal with excellent service. Location great. We stayed in room 105 which was very small, claustrophobic and hot. We could not open the window without the noise of a generator or suchlike making it impossible to sleep. Stay ruined by the room otherwise hotel was excellent. |

The food was very good although the prices were very expensive It was unfortunate that the room opposite ours was having a complete refit, we were not informed of this when we originally booked, we had to ask someone at reception if it was possible to keep the noise down although they did finish working for the day the girl on the reception promised to ring back, but never did, she was also a little abrupt and did not apologise for the inconvenience. |

Excellent location. very courteous staff and attentive,rooms are adequate but small. bathroom window does not open and was very hot Staff misled us into thinking that we were on dinner plan as well as breakfast.On checkout we were informed that we were on breakfast plan only.it was disappointing as they gave no consideration for their mistake |

General cleanliness; good views; fairly short walk to town centre, free car park with enough spaces. 1. Changing rooms in swimming pool were a building site. No tiles, showers, lockers, nothing. Unuseable. 2. Sauna. Under maintenance at same time. 3. No heat in room. My wife was constantly grumbling to me and the staff about this. The best they did was show us how to turn on the heated towel rail. 4. Overpriced evening meal menu. We decided to eat out as the hotel menu didn't sound very good. We heard numerous complaints about the food. 5. The fire alarm went off with a fault at 4:00am one morning. |

Facilities are new, nice design and generally great atmosphere.The service in the restaurant is also very nice, great food, especially nice breakfast. It was nice to spend some time on the terrace with a nice cup of coffee. The staff could have been friendlier...First time it happens to me that we weren't checked in when we arrived - because it was 2 hours before the 3pm check-in time. But of course all the good hotels always do their best to accomodate you straight away if they have a room. And it was also the first time that I had my luggage not being taken to my room: when we came back 2 hours later to check in - our suitcases were staying next to reception desk in the corridor untouched..was more of a joke...I would expect the luggage to be taken to the room or at least placed in the storage before check-in/ after check-out...I think in an expensive hotel this is unforgivable. |

Some of the staff were courteous and well informed re Falmouth.The food was very good The rooms were small considering the cost.We had to cancel our final nights stay due to unforseen circumstances and allthough we gave 36 hours notice we were charged a 66% fee amounting to £105.00 which i felt was excessive. |

Hotel on sea front We could never use disabled parking which was coned off- yet sometimes used by non-disabled. Not allowed to choose dining room seat. Poor communication via booking agent. |
