The staff made me feel welcome, helped me with my luggage as there were only stairs at the property and they even helped me sort out a taxi to an event I was attending. The room was clean and obviously well looked after, with plenty of space to spread out my things and not trip over them. The bathroom had fresh towels and the shower was very easy to figure out and get at a reasonable temperature without scalding myself.

It is a short walk from Perth High Street. St Andrews, Gleneagles and Carnoustie golf courses are within driving distance. 19 free car parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. The hotel has a gun room for groups of shooters. Free high-speed WiFi is offered in all areas. Hotel does not operate with a elevator, all rooms are accessible by stairwell only.
