nice and clean, quiet and comfortable, Smoked haddock was excellent for breakfast.

paintwork needed a bit of a touch up in room. carpet clashed with bedspread and cutains!

Staff where very friendly and couldn't do enough for us,also missed breakfast by over an hour and they went out of there way and made us bacon and eggs,excellent hotel and would definetly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Location perfect and very central,and staff made our stay very enjoyable.

Excellent location. Superb food in lovely Conservatory overlooking River Tay. Very comfortable room and Lounge areas. Excellent friendly staff, very helpful and good service. Nothing a problem.

It was lovely sitting looking out over the river whilst having breakfast,the scenery was lovely as it was a gorgeous morning,the hotel was lovely and clean.

Not enough parking spaces for the size of hotel,and very crammed when we did get one, which was at the back of the hotel,and then climb stairs to get into hotel.Our room was at the top of so many stairs again not good when you take your bags up,The teapot had not been cleaned out,and the shower was ok but you had to turn it right down to have it at a cooler temp and that lead to a slow trickle as the water was very hot.

A ripped sofa in the reception !! I did not have to sit on it - but it did nothing for the ambiance of the place..

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and I would recommend the high teas especially the chicken Maryland. We had a room with a lovely view of the river Tay.

The parking at the back of the hotel was very limited. I believe they are awaiting planning to extend.

Pity about the parking.....very small and tight car park but we knew about this in advance so arrived as early in the afternoon as we could (a June Saturday) and there were 4 spaces out of about 20 still free so we had no problems. Best tip for other guests would be to arrive as early as you can

We were upgraded to a Superior Room which was fantastic. The food was very good & the staff were friendly & knowledgeable.

Sanitation in hotel was poor! Foul odour from bathroom which only got worse as time progressed, After hesitantly mentioning this to reception we were offered another room, but not the same room type we had booked, offered to a twin room instead of double room.

Ideally located with the River Tay on one side of the hotel and the shops on the other. Food was excellent.

No lift had to climb stairs .

Pleasant location by River Tay. Convenient for City Centre. 20 minutes walk to Rail Station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast in sunny conservatory.

Bathroom fittings were all loose. In fact the mirror, which was held on with a bit of string, snapped and fell off the wall during the night. We almost died of fright with the noise. We reported it next day and it was attended to immediately.

Lovely hotel and staff-what a lovely people person your night porter gordon is-had us in stitches and wasgood to older folk as well.Breakfast a super experience and service excellent.

Only a tiny minor complaint that the room I stayed in had no drawer space in wardrobe so I had to lay all my tops and cardis on floor inside it.

The room was very comfortable, the view of the river breath taking. The staff were very helpful on our inquiries. Lovely hotel in a lovely setting.

Although the room was very good, it did appear a little tired and in need of some t,l,c,. This didn't in any way spoil the short time we stayed. Will in future book again with you.
