the rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed the shower head was not the correct type for the wall fixing, so showering was one handed fun? |

Nice refurbishment, tastefully done without pretension. Will be a nice place when the refurbishment is complete. Although at the far end of town, the advantage was that it occupied a quiet location with convenient car parking. Breakfast was good. Just needs to finish refurbishment, but these things take time. |

Lovely old building. Undergoing restoration. Friendly staff. Very good value for money. Very convenient location. Minutes from beach, pier, shops and restaurants in Llandudno. Morning tea and coffee - wasn't strong enough! |

People within the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I am in a wheelchair full time and nothing was too much trouble, if it could be sorted. Friends we were with had too small a bathroom causing difficulties. |

A real pleasure. Myself and my associates were treated exceptionally from the moment we arrived. My room was very good and the breakfast excellent. Overall as I was expecting and value for money. Considering booking for Xmas or maybe New Year and will definately recommend this hotel to friends. Staff were superb. |

Cleanliness was excellant, staff were very helpful and organised and the location was very convenient for the town. I am not the biggest man in the world but I do have a 44 inch waist. The shower door was in 3 sliding sections but I was unable to get into the shower even sideways. If it had not been for the fact that my stay was brief and that I had had a shower before leaving home, I would have found alternative accommodation. |

It was part refurbished and kept many Victorian features, there was a woody aroma and an old lift, we hope they keep it. The 'Garden Room' was fantastic for a quiet read. |

Staff were very welcoming and hospitable. Location and parking was good. Breakfast on second day was good. Made up for poor breakfast on day one (arrived at 8-15am for 8-30am breakfast) food presented at 8-30am was already cold. Bacon hard and chewy. Clearly cooked too soon. Room very poor. Damp beds. Damp mould on carpets. TV had poor signal. Wash basin too low. Towels provided for 2 people but we booked and paid for 3 in room. Second room was not cleaned at all on Saturday and towels were not changed. Overall very disappointed. |

The breakfasts were the best thing about this hotel I booked this hotel on the understanding that it was wheelchair friendly. It had a lift but the wheelchair only fitted in if you pushed it in and then lifted it and turned it so it was side on and the the person pushing the chair could only just fit in as well. It was a feat of contortionism to try to push the floor button from the position you end up in. The bed in my Mothers room was ok but in my room the bed was very noisy every time I moved, which was very often as it was so uncomfortable. The tv also kept breaking up after it had been on for about 1/2 hour. The brochure says 2 mins from town centre and prom - yes if going downhill at a run with the wheelchair but no way trying to get up the hill again - nearly never made it. |

It was very central to the town and within walking distance of all amenities. The breakfast was very good. We arrived and they said they had not had a booking reservation for us and that the website had not sent a confirmation over to begin with and did not have us down to attend. I produced the booking email confirmation and it still took several minutes before they found our booking but then said there was a line through my reservation and that i was not attending which clearly was not correct. They had to quickly see if a family room was available before we were admitted. we were a little disappointed by this problem but it was resolved quickly and amicably with an apology and the rest of the stay went ok. |

This comfortable, family-run establishment in Snowdonia is nestled in the small market town of Llanrwst in the heart of the Conwy valley near Betws y Coed, North Wales. |
Close to the centre of Llandudno, The Lindens has a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere and a large terrace overlooking the sea. It is about 150 metres from the Promenade. |
Seafront family owned hotel, with spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding bay, only 20 metres from the beach. |
The Elsinore Hotel overlooks lovely Llandudno beach, with the Great Orme on the left and the Little Orme on the right. The Elsinore Hotel is the ideal centre for touring North Wales. |
