Comfort Hotel Luton  

I was in room 206 and I could hear any movement on the pavement.Noise of cars was terrible and I had hard time to sleep.Very,very noisy.

Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. I would deffinitely recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The location was hood the ensuite was a good size

It was so incredibly hot !!! We culdnt leave the window open as there were no security bars andthe fan was hopeless

Staff was friendly and keen to make your stay comfortable ! Room was spacious, clean and had a nice size bathroom/ shower room.

My niece was given a room on the ground floor and one of the small windows had been smashed in! We were told that the window would have been repaired on the day of arrival or on the next day. Which did not happen. On the day of check out the window was still not replaced. I believe this is a major security issue specially that the room was on the ground floor and facing the street. ( Room 109). just make the Hotel aware of this. I have booked this room for my niece and her partner and was a bit upset about this. It would have been nice of the Hotel to have given us some sort of compensation. Also the outside of the Hotel needs to be refurbished, the paint on the windows are peeling of.

Price, location (near airport/railway). Room clean, modern, all the things you expect

Noise from other guests, thin walls TVs blaring, people shouting, slamming doors coming and going all night. Bathroom dangerous, cracked floor tiles, pokey and kept hitting my arm on wall it was so narrow.

The hotel was a few hundred yards from the train station and the main part of town. Everything was clean and staff were pleasant and approachable. The reception was open 24 hours.

`Tv and WiFi was free. Some staff very nice and friendly.

Didn't like were my room was at the top of the stairs so you could hear everything around like banging the suitcases and walking up and down the stairs. They put on the website £40 for a family room then get in touch with me and said I have to pay £4 on top for the family room because its £44 so before you book just check the website plus the sheets were mucky and a dirty room did not like the experience.

Council tenants booked In on long term bookings self booking guests suffering from noise of children running around fighting causing us to have sleepless nights There was no air conditioning and when I asked reception I was told to turn the radiator off which wasn't working so we had to have the window open and then was disturbed by trains running all night and traffic There was cigarette ends all out front of hotel and on entering got a mouthful of smoke from staff smoking out front .

The staff were very welcoming and on arrival was able to rearrange a room for us as i am disabled and needed a ground floor. Its close to a lovely shopping mall, its very clean and cosy.

The only thing i wasnt impressed with was the bar, there is a list of drinks available but when asking for a drink were told the only beer was Magners Cider when there were bottled beer on the list, i think this could be changed. It was also a bit noisy through the night with guests going outside for cigarettes.

The location was perfect

The name of the hotel is Comfort Inn and this was anything but comfort. The pictures shown on this site for the bathroom facilities are so far away from the bathroom I had. It was falling apart dirty. The bed was hard the quilt was so thin it might as well have not been there.One flat pillow was provided and when I say flat I had to check there was a pillow in the case.When hotels are described as cheap and nasty I think this is the perfect example.

Did what we needed

Staff charged me twice due to CCard Issue. No refund offered back to my card. Seemed to be bothering staff.

Hardly anything. Bed was reasonably comfortable.

Very small room. Heating could not be turned down (it was very very hot). Shower turned out to be a sit down shower, and no wifi even though this is advertised as a something available throughout the hotel. Basically it was very poor.
