The hotel is close to the town centre and is ten minutes from airport, was grateful that they held our luggage while we went shopping. The room was very drab and dingy with a strong smell of something like bleach, also not soundproof alot of traffic noise.. At breakfast the staff were rude and abrupt, the tea and coffee were in flasks didn't taste very nice and the milk was warm probably out of fridge with an hour or more!!!!! |

It was cheap and convenient for the airport. Wouldn't recommend because of the noise. Major road in front- no double glazing- train at back- plumbing noisy. |

The room was pleasant and had a good bathroom. I was on 2nd floor and there is no lift, though the staff did carry my luggage for me. The person on duty when I arrived was quite offhand, as was the girl who served breakfast. I had to ring 4 times before someone came to let me in, I arrived very late at night (but I had said that I would), it was raining and the area in which the hotel is situated is not a pleasant one for a woman alone at night. There was no hairdryer in the room though there was a trouser press and a very large TV. |

I liked the fact that this hotel was close to the town centre which made it easy to get to the shops and train centre, and was only a 10 min drive to the airport. On our first morning at breakfast the polish staff were very rude and abrupt, we were eating and were told we had to leave as they wanted to close the restaurant, at 9.10, breakfast finished been served at 9.00, they started to clean up around us and took away the tea and juice, no chance of a second cup then....... |

there was food and drink available till very late in the night which was important to us after a very long journey. slight noise from traffic but that was to be expected in a city center. |

The car was left in the carpark safely - all ok on our way back to pick up. Only stayed one night. Reception good. Transfer to airport good and wake up call on time. We had a triple room. The single bed was awful - like a banana bed as my adult daughter described - sagging in the side and middle. She had to sleep with her head at the base of the bed fo any comfort. Not good. |

The Hotel is very centrally located. Less then 1 min walk to the train station, people travelling to central London its very easy to get the train and cheap too. Its also very closely located to the main shopping mall in Luton. |
