The hotel is right next to the London to Midlands railway line, so high speed trains pass regularly late into night, and from early morning, so noisy - also it IS right in town centre, so traffic noise too - on the other hand, the hotel is only two mins from Luton station so very convenient for that. The hotel has no lift, and very long corridors, so it was a real trek to get from reception to our room on the third floor with heavy cases - not recommended for the elderly or disabled. But the staff were very nice, and the room was just what we wanted for one brief night passing through.
The room - right at the top of the building - was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a big, well appointed bathroom. Nice tea and coffee facilities in room. Room was brilliant value for money for family of three. Free parking on site was a big help.
