Very good,
Score from 94 reviews
“ We found Jo & Sally very friendly and open, within 2 hours of arriving we were all having a meal together. We were made to feel like we were a part of their family and nothing was a problem.(we had to change the booking at the last moment and they did not charge anything extra). The standard of cleanliness was excellant and the breakfast was superb. ”

Located near to the sea. Very little sea-view from the window. Owners were very nice and helpful. They were answering for our questions immediately. We faced up a little problem in the bathroom, but they fixed it very fast. Thank you Very-very small room even the superior, but I guess this is common here or especially in the UK. I was counting if it was really 16 squaremeters..., but maybe together with the bathroom. Bathroom is very-very small. Shower is using an electrical water warmer (tipical in the UK), but was uncomfortable for us. If you open it fully you get cold water on good pressure! If you almost close it you get the warm water, but almost nothing flows out.

Breakfast was fabulous and they catered for whatever you wanted. Could not find any faults. Will certainly be returning. The fact I could not find any faults .

Very friendly hosts, nice and quiet just off the promenade but within reasonable distance of all the piers/amenities. Comfortable rooms, Joanne and Sally made it easy going and a relaxed atmosphere and were always happy to help.

Good central location. Room was a bit grubby. Shower wasnt especially clean and when I picked up my bag from the floor there was a clump of black hair stuck to it - not mine (blonde) or my boyfriends (bald!). Surfaces in the room were a bit dusty, with a layer of dust even on the teaspoon.

We specifically asked for a beach veiw and got it no problem. The room was beautifully decorated and liked how you had control over the heater. Which we kept on 24/7. If I'm really nit picking then I'd have to say, we stayed in a superior double and it was tiny. However me and my boyfriend are just little people so it wasn't a major problem. Walls were so thin we heard all the comings and goings, bathroom extremely small. Also on the back of the door there was a sign saying no food, which we took no notice of. After all, food throughout the day wasn't provided at the hotel.

I Liked The Boutique Hotel As The Hospiality Was 5 Star And The Rooms Was Outstanding The Breakfast Was Amazing,Fresh & Hot The Treatment You Received Was Out Of The World And They Made You Feel As Part Of The Family & More Than Welcome. They Made You Feel That You Did Not Want o Leave The Company Of The Hotel Would Highly Recommend It As We Will Be Back For More And Will Be Bringing More People To The Boutique Hotel.... Miss The Company Of The Girls Loads Nothing I Did Not Like Loved Everything About The Boutique Hotel

Me and my boyfriend booked in for 2 nights for New Years Eve. The room had everything you needed plus FREE Wi-fi! I hired dressing gowns for us too which was a nice romantic touch. Room was very clean and the owners were very welcoming. Towels were provided, hairdryer, iron from another room you can use freely in your room, free fruit downstairs too. It was a lovely 15-20 mins walk to the town centre. We enjoyed it that much we stayed an extra night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay it was very relaxing and chilled. Would definitely stay here again and thank you to the owners :-)

Nothing We decide to stay in this hotel as it was cheap and the hotel looks nice on pics. Before arriving i got a text asking what time we would be arriving and if we would like breakfast for £6per person per night even though it said £4.99 on the website! When we arrived the owner took us up to the room, we put our stufff in and went out as we was going to the football, when we got back that night the room was absolutely freezing, the radiator was nt on, we tried turn the tv on but it wouldnt tune in, the morning after i went down to ask about the heating and tv as we was up all night freezing! When i knocked on the reception a young lad answered and didnt know what to say only the owner was in the shower. I then said i would go back down in 10mins, only for the owner to knock on with an electric heater saying 'it costs £1000 a month in gas and with the hotel being a small hotel they just cant afford it. Surely they should of stated this in their advert, or at least they should shut the hotel down if they cant afford it. She also tried to check the tv and said it was because the lead wasnt in, we explained that we had put the lead in and it still didnt work, but was like talking to a brick wall. She started to fiddle with the remote and tv, after 5mins said she couldn't do it and would leave us to solve it, im pretty sure thats not correct customer care. The whole weekend we was there we made sure we was out doing something to prevent being in the hotel. On departure we went down to reception for the same lady stood there on the phone i handed the keys over and she didnt even say thank you or bye, which we found very rude! After spending the first night in the freezing cold we have both spent christmas with head colds and full of the flu. I must say we will never ever be returning to this hotel again!

The bed was comfortable and the price was good, I liked that it was near to the town so it was easy to get to and from the hotel. I didnt realise the room I booked was a very small room, And i didnt like the fact you could not bring food or drink into the hotel.
