The staff were great Room was lovely and very clean and pleasant
The room was freshly painted and very crisp. Breakfast was good, and nice to not have to get up at the crack of dawn to have breakfast too.
Lift was dated and had a slightly house of horrors feel about it. We had no room number on our door, just handed keys, it was a shame that the receptionist didn't show us to our rooms as it would have saved us searching.
The location superb for shopping also near pier theatre for entertainment but also main road easy to use as a base to venture further a field if want to
Great seafront location. We got the room for a very cheap price so didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate. Friendly staff and a decent breakfast...what's not to like?
Staff were lovely
Smell in the room
The room was warm and cosy the staff were good food in the morning was excellent guests were friendly
The friendliness of the staff was exceptional, they couldn't do enough for you. The location of the hotel was great, right on the seafront and so near to the shopping centre. Great price for car parking too!
The room was exceptionally cold, there didn't seem to be any heating on at all.
staff friendly location right near the pier breakfast was ok bathroom was clean and decent condition
room a bit tired still using blankets rather than a duvet lift rather antiquated
Off season older croud were there. Proper chillin. Had a great feel about the place. Staff were so nice. Ta
The view from our room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Ask for later checking out which was fine
Room was a bit dated and lots of creaky floorboards. As was the room above us
Staff very friendly and accommodating, the dining room was nice and bright, the location was good and also the close by overnight parking was excellent for£2.00
First room we were given was very dark and dingy and the toilet bowl was brown it looked as though it had never seen a loo brush or bleach, the second room we were given was a family room this was much bigger but in much need of up dating and a good clean this hotel lets the staff down as they are much better than the hotel.
Excellent service staff brilliant and what a saving with car parking instead of paying £26 it cost £4 . Excellent value for money
Only the squeaky flootboards
Friendly staff who were very helpful.
Breakfast was served a bit late
We got locked out the hotel for 35 min in the pouring rain at 1 in the morning because the night porter fell asleep .heating on full blast couldn't sleep so 630 in morning had to go and complain again to turn it off
All of it
Beds, room, slow wifi, shower didnt stay at a constant temperature scold you an freezing
I had an enjoyable couple of days, The staff were faultless, the breakfast was lovely. The location was the reason I chose the Sandringam, spot on .It was not an expensive hotel but it certainly delivered everything as advertised.
I just found I had to go to a ground floor/basement room to obtain WIFI because of the sturdy thick walls in the building which was a bit inconvenient, but not the end of the world. Also, to be honest, I like a softer matress. I will definitely be staying there again though.
Nice staff! Nice room with view to the sea. good english breakfast.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were warm, comfortable and quiet.
I'd have preferred a hotel with it's own car park. The breakfast was good but not always as hot as I would have liked.
bed, breakfast service, location
shower - base with curtain, poor. Lift poor
Think the receptionist was called Mike who was a very accommodating gentlman and a good representative to the hotel. Hotel rooms need a bit of updating but overall a pleasant stay
Poor quality, dirty rooms, useless shower, the list is endless! in fact the hole hotel could do with a complete revamp and deep cleansing!!! My advice is don't stay here unless your a single bloke on a stag do who just needs a bed for the night and is prepared to go round the corner for a decent breakfast at the local cafe!!
location. friendliness of staff. room with a view.
lack of entertainment
Bed was far to small for a double
Staff were absolutely brilliant, so so helpful and friendly! Can't fault anything in the hotel! Breakfast was nice and the room I stayed in was a great size and very clean.
The only fault was the towels were not refreshed one day. Apart from that it was fine.
