I like staying in self catering because of the freedom it offers. The views are stunning and the quality of the accomaodation first class. I would like the checkout time to be later than 1030. say 1100 |

Everything about The Sands was first class. The staff could not have been more helpful, and the accommodation was excellent. We will definitely be going back. There were not many eating places very close by, but this did not really spoil our stay. |

Excellent room with all modern appliances and good quality furnishings. Sea View well worth the premium, nice touches, like binoculars in room and Wii. Would certainly stay again. |

Accommodation was to a high standard. Very clean, modern rooms. Beachside location was ideal for the children. The accommodation does not have its own restaurant, but there is a Bar/Diner (Blue Crush) within the complex which has excellent food and a great childrens menu (not the usual low cost nuggets/sausage/burgers). |

The apartment is of a very high standard and located adjacent to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and there is allocated secure parking included. We liked the roof terrace. Our apartment was advertised as having a garden view however the view was of the car park. I think this is stretching the decription somewhat. Also the apartments are over some shops and a cafe/bar. we could not open our patio door in the evening without the room being filled with the smell of fried fish. For these reasons I think our apartment was a bit pricey, the ones with the sea views at the front are probably better value. |

We loved being so close to the sea, our balcony overlooking the beach was great even on a cold evening! Car parking bays were very narrow - noted by a few other guests too. But staff were most helpful in trying to locate alternate space if available. |

The little extras like the Wii and the quality of thr fixrures and fittings. Just ideas that would make the stay even better. More than one wii controller would be nice as it is a family console. I would also be nice to choose which apartment to stay in. We would happily pay a small premium to stay in one of the sea front apartments as sea view is quite vague. |

The feeling of staying in a luxury hotel but with the added extra of more space in having a living room and kitchen facilities, which were ideal for my brothers 4 week old daughter. |

The luxury surroundings of the apartments, great sea views and a lovely welcome pack. Because the apartment was for upto four people, I feel that there should have been another couch or chair. Also the tv in the bedroom was faulty. These are minor faults and did not affect our break. |
