Food was excellent, staff were friendly, location was great. Value for money was brilliant and couldn't fault it. They don't allow pets but that wasn't an issue as I knew in advance and my dog stayed in the car.
the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was excellent and good value for money and the staff on a whole where helpful
the water temperature and pressure in the shower was hit and miss. The food on Saturday night, when they where busy was rather bland, pre prepared and microwaved !! also ran out of ice cream sundaes, bought in pre prepared and ran out
Location great for visiting Pembrokeshire Coast and countryside. Reasonably priced meals. Great wifi reception.
En suite bathroom extremely small.
nice atmosphere and good food
bed was hard and very uncomfortable
The place is great, very pretty location, beautiful building and the staff were hilarious. Wonderful stay and would stay again.
It was open in January when nearby B&B's were closed. St Clears was also an interesting place where the Rebecca riots took place (men in ladies clothing opposing road tolls). Staff friendly and helpful, food service prompt, did not complain about my mucky boots!
Locked behind alarmed doors from 11 pm to 8 am. A bit odd.
it was ok but nothing special
the alarm system was a bit worrying.
The Reverend James. Staff, nice clean warm stay.
The new shower in my room had a bloody mind of it's own. Cold day working and this thing was either red hot, as cold as you like, but mostly just a complete dribble. Lathered up and thought I would havr to use the sink to rinse off. A real shame as some remedial works would have given this Inn more than good. Did advise that the Plumber before he repairs it should try it his bloody self!
Bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was adequate.
Lack of hot water in bathroom. Just a dribble from the tap. Inadequate lighting of dressing table in both rooms.
Everything was very good
Everything was very good
Easy access at night. Parking was easy. It was warm in fact too warm, radiator thermostat was stuck on!
Room very small, bed hard. Breakfast very disappointing. Instant coffee to make yourself. No choice given as to breakfast. Water in shower ran out! Shower basin very slow to empty.
staff was friendly & could"nt do enough for us, reopened the kitchen as we was late arriving, food was lovely, room & bedding nice & clean, would def stay there again, thank you x
Fair price for what you get.
Dont try and use a £50 the staff look at you as if you were the devil him self.
Location and value was only 7 miles from work, Very quite but then it was Monday, evening meal and breakfast excellent, and so was the beer
Nice room and dinner
No hairdryer so could not wash my hair. I would usually expect one in the room if not at least available to hire.
Staff very friendly and accomadating. Relaxed atmosphere in the bar in evenings.
Small point but lighting in room (room 4) very dim and difficult to read anything so had bathroom light on with bathroom door open which helped but still not adequate. Also could have done with a second bedside table.
staff, food, bed. superb.
very small shower,bathroom.
It was very good value. The evening meal was very reasonably priced. Everything was satisfactory and we had no complaints.
The accommodation The bed/room The views
The way made the extra attention to let us now they remembered it was our special occasion
The friendly atmosphere
No breakfast available
Good food, clean and reasonably priced.
Small rooms and road slightly noisey.Better lighting in rooms required.
Location easy to find with plenty of parking. Bathroom super clean and modern. Decent breakfast, and happily catered for a vegetarian choice.
Bed is very small and not the most comfortable (my feet hung off the end of it). Checking in seemed disorganised and breakfast timings overly regimented.
The location and the external appearance are great as are the staff, beyond that.......?
The answer to my header question is the toilet shower room which also contains a hand basin, tiny or what! The problem is this venue has tried to cram to many rooms into what was obviously an attic and there is just not enough space. For the price paid we should have gone to Premier.
Great value! Needed somewhere to stay en route to Tenby. Room was small but perfectly ample for 1 night. It was immaculate cosy and had all we needed. Lovely Girl behind the bar. On the main road into Tenby but traffic noise was certainly not an issue. Would definitely stay again.
