Room was spotless, comfortable and spacious
Location Staff Food Clean Nice room Atmosphere
Constant banging and crashing in our room (Room 1) which I presume was from the kitchen. It's never ending all evening long.
lovely little BnB. Lovely food and lovely breakfast. Staff were friendly and the room was very clean and the rooms were very modern. Not to far from tenby town, and local shops ect.
Only one downside was that we could hear next door in their bathroom. The wall was very thin and we could hear the taps running, toilet flushing, And them talking even with the TV on.
I have stayed here once before. The rooms have been modernised to a very good standard. The bed was amazing and I slept like a log. The shower was fab. A good stay..thank you and I will be back again as it is a perfect location for visiting family. :)
BATHROOM - NEWLY FITTED TEA & COFFEE TRAY STAFF
BEDROOM FLOOR ON A SLOPE UNCOMFORTABLE BED VERY SMALL ROOM FOR 2
Bed was too small, partner's feet where hanging out the bed. Walls where every thin. Had to book time slots for breakfast, and it felt abit jail like with all the alarms in the windows, doors locked and not opened until 8am the next morning.
Just about everything else. The worst hotel I have stayed at in all my world wide travels, it was appalling, Dirty , small uncomfortable and underwhelming.
having a table reserved so you dont have to rush after you check in
was a lot of door banging and people shouting to one another, should have consideration notices to other guests
very clean with fresh towels every day
the matress was very hard and lumpy
friendly and courteous staff and great breakfast
bedroom very hot so window open then traffic noise a bit of a problem
Onsite restaurant good value and excellent food.
Room very small, more equipped as single than double and the mattress was banana shape, curled at both ends.
Excellent restaurant with good choice and friendly service for good value. Convenient location and good value for money.
It is a better dining experience than accommodation which suffers from the location right next to the main road. It needs air con and some serious double glazing. Shower was pretty uncontrollable and bed not that comfy. We wondered why we were put right next to other guests when there were obviously few guests that night.
Staff were lovely, they went out of their way to accommodate us. They Were very helpful. Meals were really good, and fab being a two for one. Rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was first class. Will definitely be staying here again
With the weather being warm, we had to keep the windows open, and the traffic was really loud, in the winter you probably wouldn't notice the noise. I wouldn't normally complain about the bed, but it was so soft, we both woke with terrible backache. That's because we are used to a much firmer one at home . Not sure how this would effect older people.
Convenient location, clean, tidy room. Comfortable bed. Everything that was needed for an overnight stay. Good breakfast. Polite, helpful staff. Very reasonably priced-cheaper than the travelodge 2 minutes up the road.
A little road side noise, but the window was open all night due to the hot weather.
Met by staff as we arrived although priority was on people being served first at the bar. There was no separate checking in which meant we basically had to wait our turn in a long line of very thirsty people. Room was average size, very clean & tea, coffee provided. We stayed 2 nights over a very hot spell & found the rooms extremely hot. One tiny window which was child locked was slightly ajar.
Hot room! Could really have done with an A/C unit. Separate check in for booking in.
How friendly Amy was when first walked in and me welcome I asked if could move to another room which they did straight away
Just the noise from the road but soon got use to it
Very comfortable bedrooms one was bigger than other. Breakfast was excellent and service second to none.
Very small bathroom in the bigger bedroom no room to move.
The service and courtesy of the staff
There was not anything
Excellent value. Everything I needed. Freindly
A bit noisy in the room near the road
Staff, pub, onsite car parking 8 thr dinner
Traffic noise in front rooms is ver bad, another layer of glazing & ventilation is needed. Because of the traffics noise the window has to be closed 8 the rooms was extremely hot.
The Dylan Thomas village of Laughne charges exhorbitant rates, and with the Savoy only 3 miles away meant the visit was affordable.
Very small shower room.
Lack of healthy food options: salads fresh vegetables. Also lack of good beer choices.
Staff were freindly and helpful
Floors were creaky as were the pipe work.
The room was nice but road traffic in the morning was noisy.
The shower room was small and problem with thermostat as water went hot and cold
