Loved the Afternoon Tea I had an email from the Savoy asking me to fill in what I would like to make my stay easier, I returned this, and nothing was done, I had to call down for everything I asked for on this list.

We had a three night stay at the savoy London It was absolutely first class from handing the keys to the valet parking guy to recollecting from him four days later.amazing place in such good theatre based location.we really were treated like king and queen.even the water from the shower is silky smooth. Cannot wait to return well done the savoy well done !! The one thing I didn't like was coming home

The staff were superb. I had notified the hotel that it was a special trip for my wife's birthday, and we had an excellent room, and they prepared a small birthday cake for her. We dined at the chefs table in the Savoy Grill which was absolutely tremendous. Could not fault this experience.
