Cancellation
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 10.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are not allowed.

My stay here was very enjoyable this was my first time booking and staying in a B&B and the staff made me feel very relaxed and welcome. Our room was decorated beautifully and very clean, All the facilities were available in our room and the breakfast in the morning was lovely. Well run family business guest house i would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you. |

nicely decorated comfortable room, friendly staff The coridoors smelt of stale smoke and it was clear that the staff were smoking in the office at times despite signs to the contrary. Sometimes the smell wafted into the room. This really let the place down. |

a really wonderful 4 star guest house that is like a pandoras box when you go inside.wonderfully furnished, great host who made us feel very welcome in every way and nothing was too much for them.the breakfast was a feast of local produce. not a critiscm but there is a continual climb from the sea front but we had a car so it was no problem.parking was good |

L'espace de l'hôtel, le calme, la chambre, la discrétion du personnel, l'air... C'est un endroit reposant et typiquement anglais qui cependant de part l'aménagement allège le dépaysement. Peut-être un plus grand choix de boissons au mini bar lol ! |
