The Sea Spirit Guest House  

We liked everything about the place, the room, the food, the view and the warmth of the hotel when it was cold and wet, very satisfying.

It was not made clear in the advert on parking facility. We were able to park off road but had one of the other guests had a car then we would of had to park in the road and to find a space near to the hotel was a premium.

The room was very clean,but the owners had sprayed fabreeze around the room.Both of us are allergic to smells of that kind so after an hour our eyes were streaming.We did not stay the night

Everything was absolutely perfect! Comfortable and cosy. Lovely hosts. Everything you needed. Comfy bed. Fab breakfast and bar snacks if needed.

I absolutely loved their friendly approach. Tony was very helpful with everything and made our stay very pleasant. I would also mention a fantastic bed we had in a room and very tasty breakfast!

The house was victorian and it was decorated in that style. It is a beautiful house. I had a lovely spacious room with a bay. It was warm and comfortable. It was relaxing. It was in a residential area and quiet. The owners were very caring.

The breakfast was fantastic but the evening meal choice was disappointing.

We received a great welcome by the owners. The room, service and food was excellent. This is the second time we have stayed at this Guest House and the reason we booked second time was because it was such a lovely stay first time round. We visit the area to visit my father and this is the first place i would look to stay every time.

Everything was perfect! When we come back to Hastings we will definitely stay at this hotel and we recommend it to everybody!

The welcome was warm and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. My partner was unwell during our stay and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and concerned - they were really lovely, organising a breakfast tray on the second morning when he wasn't well enough to come downstairs. My thanks to them all!
