Staff couldn't do enough to make u feel comfortable and welcome. My stay was made to suit my requirements and nothing was too much trouble. Customer service was outstanding.
Friendly welcoming staff, every time you see them, very kind people, lovely stay, lovely clean bedrooms, lovely breakfast, lovely!!!
lovely couple. very helpful great breakfast.
near to town
bathroom could be bigger
On arrival the host was very pleasant showed us to our room explained the breakfast time , breakfast room . Room was bigger than expected large double bed, small tv ,adequate shower / toilet.Cooked breakfast was very nice. location was perfect all shops , sea front, theatre were within walking distance.
nothing everything was positive.
The room was quite basic but comfortable. Breakfast was between 8.30 and 9.30 but due to work commitments the owner offered to do my breakfast at 7.30, a very welcome gesture!
We had a really good welcome from both Linda and Rob when we arrived, both times that we stayed with them. We would recommend this Hotel to anybody. It is close to the front, and yet is very quiet and no one overlooks you from the front of the building
Nothing to dislike
The room was very small and outdated, ensuite facilities were tiny, As there was carpet in the bathroom it smelt of damp all the time, this bed-and-breakfast certainly needs a makeover.
Very friendly owners and great room
very good location for town, beach good food.
owners very helpful breakfast very good
Location is brilliant, close to the beach and staff are so friendly to kids, they are so understandable too.
It was great value for money Bed was cosy Breakfast was enjoyable Thought it might be noisy so close to the seafront and we had a front room, but we didn't hear a thing
Very friendly and welcoming. Full English breakfast very nice, brill location opposite the park. Rob and Linda are a lovely couple.
Some noise in evening if you had your window open at night but nothing major.
Had very pleasant stay, the room was lovely, the owners are very nice and would do anything to help. The breakfast was well worth getting up for.... Thankyou for a great stay, an see you again soon
Proprietors very helpful and friendly
Being on the top floor
The staff was lovely and couldn't do enough for you, Such a lovely place
not enough parking space
Lack of parking ,the shower is uncontroable as when on cool it would be red hot infact so hot it burnt our skin ,could hardley move in bathroom , down stairs was like a building site which it was , the shelf in bathroom was very high you would need to be over six foot ,The breakfast I ordered poach egg on toast with beans I got poach egg on cibatta bread beans were missing As we entered for braekfast we knew we were early but we were made to feel un welcomed NEVER AGAIN
Location, friendliness of the owners and the cleanliness all very good.
The shower and toilet didn't work properly which we discovered on checking out is a common problem, not down to fault of owners but the water supplier. This should have been pointed out before booking.
First class hospitality Great food Good layout Oh, did I mention first class hospitality. Yes, it's worth mentioning again.
