Wonderful hosts, perfect breakfast and a view that will take your breath away. The rooms are decorated with taste and we had a wonderful night of sleep after crossing the Channel. Will have to come back as soon as we can!

Reception was situated in the quaint old pub, and we thought that our room would be dated and dark, but we learned not to judge a book by its cover! Our bedroom was comfortable, clean, spacious and light with a good-sized sitting area, and had a lovely view over Folkestone beach and the sea. The en suite was well equipped with a spacious shower and all modern fittings. Large and comfortable bed with a great coffee machine in the room. Delightful hostess and host, who served an exceptional full breakfast [cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, hot meal cooked to order and great coffee] Highly recommended and we would certainly return if in the area again!

Seafront location which was perfect. Easy parking outside the property. Room was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room had two large windows which overlooked the beach and sea. Wendy and Stuart were impeccable hosts and due to me having an early start to board the Tunnel train even got up early to make my breakfast !

We stayed for one night, visiting friends the next day. Wendy and Stuart couldn’t have made us more welcome. The B&B has two suites available so is small and intimate. The room we booked had a sea view and was very nicely decorated and furnished with en suite shower, TV, coffee and tea making facilities. The bed was very comfortable as were the armchairs. The next morning we had a choice of cereal and cooked breakfasts. Stuart made excellent cheese and mushroom omelettes. There is street parking outside and several good places to eat nearby. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit. We agreed that is is one of the best, if not the best, B&Bs we have stayed in.
