Colourfull hotel...very nice matching design... Polite and helpful workers.
The restaurant is too noisy and small.
Everything! I can't keep giving The Soho 10/10 or I'll be accused of bias - so just to keep everyone happy I'll give 9.9/10 !!! But still the best hotel in London....
Nothing as far as the hotel is concerned. However I think Westminster Council could clean up the area better than they do. It's not fair on the hotel.
Everything about the hotel met with our glowing approval, from the extremely attentive and friendly staff to the rooms and facilities. Rooms were ready on our arrival despite our being at the hotel prior to 1pm-most welcome after 3hours travelling with young kids!
Other than the minibar being very expensive, nothing met with our approval.
Everything - the staff here are wonderful. 10/10!!
We were upgraded to the penthouse suite so of course it was fabulous. That said, all the staff were polite and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Great location ,great hotel.
The staff make this hotel very special.
Restaurant slightly overpriced for what was on offer
staff very attentive, was my sons 18th Birthday, they upgraded our room & gave us a glass of champagne
the view from the bedroom windows wasn't good & looked directly into office blocks opposite and as windows floor to ceiling felt like gold fish bowl. asked to move room as had booked for sons 18th so they upgraded room. bit better view but also it great, just back alley
Without exception we met portiers, concierges, service and receptionists and everybody was so nice in any ways. Both we are travelling a lot. We were very positive surprised from the arrival to the departure. Especially their scrambled eggs : ) Cheers
Location Comfortable Bed Service
Location, size of the rooms, service, food quality, bathroom, furniture, ambience, just ALL OF IT. And I'm in no way related to the owner or receiving a nice percent for what I'm writingm.
Location is great The little gadget they offer in the room Staff is very helpful
Not easy to find
Exeptional staff , absolutely on the ball . Well decorated, usual comfy beds and good linen excellent bathrooms , quiet, windows that open properly, towels a mile thick , lovely bar
mini bar prises high but you dont need to use it .
Friendly attentive staff. Lovely spacious rooms and perfect location.

The room was fantastic. The staff brilliant. Overall service , great. Very relaxed hotel.
Loved the location and the friendliness of the staff
Wifi was ok. Food was fair.
Fabulous design and furnishing. Very comfortable beds Atmospheric bar Good breakfast
The concierge, AC, was extremely helpful and creative in her choices for me. The staff was so friendly and the gym was a perfect size with great equipment. The breakfast seemed a bit pricey but the food was great. The location is perfect for walking or taking the tube to anywhere. The rooms were larger than expected and comfortable. I will definitely return and tell friends.
Breakfast a bit high but everything in London is if you are American!
Hotel very clean and room was a decent size for London.
Whilst the staff were pleasant and friendly, it felt forced and extremely over the top. Hotel was very overpriced, luxury room at £462 for 1 night which looked out over an office block with people staring in at you, felt like a goldfish bowl. Asked to be moved and was told we couldn't be ended up keeping the curtains closed the whole time!!! Room service very expensive £10 for 2 cups of tea (no tea making facilities in the room) and £45 for 2 continental breakfasts. Location was terrible, down a back street in not a very nice area. How this hotel managed to get a 5 star rating I will never know.
Amazing hotel, outstanding and beautiful facilities. Brings luxury and home-feeling together. Staff is awesome
The restaurant could be better. The food is not on the level of the rest of the hotel, though still good.
Wonderfully stylish hotel. Staff incredibly helpful and well informed. Food outstanding. Fabulous bar. Brilliant and vibrant location. My favourite hotel in London.
the location . the staff. the room.
