The location good, staff are very nice, the apparent is clean
The rooms where all nice and warm, but the tv area was cold,if you had sum1 on the couch
No Wi Fi access , even in the booking WiFi was available The room was freezing the heater took hours to make the room warm. The window was broken couldn't open for fresh air
Washing machine Location Ironing board Everything you could possibly need while traveling. Fantastic location to view all Liverpool has to offer.
Location.easy walking distance to centre of town. Good range of restaurant within easy access Comfortable appt with good standard of living space
Access to appt could have been better lighting particularly along corridors
Location and size and comfort of apartment
The way they got over towels and charging for them . I mean a towel is the last thing you would get charged for a towel should be able to be dirty or make up and tan like when you have a bath it only normal to dry yourself and get it stained . First place I ever stayed in my life that had a problem with towels that was the only problem
home from home ,everything you need in the appartment ,didnt want to leave it
Nice spacious apartment, ideal for a family break
Lifts weren't working and it wasn't clear where the main entrance from the street was
Nice clean very cosy in good location
The beds were clean but very uncomfortable the mattress was to thin .the only other thing we would pick the lifts need a clean they were smelly
Beautiful place to stay
Location is excellent.
Central location: very helpful and friendly staff: Clean: Decent size living room
Pretty expensive for the Saturday night, small 2nd bedroom: no internet: additional charge for on-site parking
Location, space and staff service were really good. Staff in particular were excellent
Apartment and block were clean but needed some TLC. Building could be quite spectacular but needed painted and freshened up. Apartment also needed painted. Mould around shower. Ripped sections of carpet. Shame, because with some maintenance and upkeep I would happily recommend it.
No TV Sliding door not working Very noisy from the street Lobby area unclean
To be fair it is close to the bars and shopping.
Apartments were like walking into a prison. The lighting was broken in one hallway which was continually pitch black (even in daytime). The room wasnt nice at all, sofa was on a 70 degree slant and bedroom units falling apart. Inadequat lighting in rooms. They also requested i pay £350 on the day of my arrival incase of damages which i thought was excessive! When we checked out i then had a phonecall to say the curtain rail was broken and so they wanted to deduct money!! We are a group of girls over 30 and have never damaged anything wherever we go plus we cleaned up and checked the apartment over before leaving and nothing was broken! Ps we also dont hang on curtain rails either. After explaiming this to the staff she said she wld double check n call me bk then said i didnt have to pay probably cos i caused such a fuss..i think they must try this on with all guests to try and rip them off.. They explained they normally take £250pp each as a deposit!! Utter cheek its a hole!
The location is great! It's so central.
The management company are really letting these apartments go. The entrance halls and lifts in the complex are very dirty and the lights weren't switched on at night time so the complex was very dark.
Location was great and apartment had all the basics including an iron and ironing board, fridge freezer and towels etc.
One key between four adults was not good. The extra £30 car parking charge after already paying a lot of money for 3 nights accommodation. Being made to feel unwelcome on arrival when checking in and greeted with a list of what we can't do... as if I was a naughty school child...
Noise after 11 pm was poor considering noise ban. Place full of stag and hen parties despite no such booking being allowed? Some snags in apartment such as damaged pain work, broken drawer fronts and bath panel.
Location was good
Balcony door handle was broke off upon arrival so couldn't open it and radiator in the lounge fell off which you can see has happened a lot before but I'm sure we will be charged for it
