Etablissement propre, bien équipé. Très bon rapport qualité prix.Excellent emplacement pour découvrir Oxford à pied. Il n'y avait pas de chauffage même si nous n'avons spécialement froid. |

La proximité du centre ville La propreté, les chambres et les sanitaires étaient très sales (poils, cheveux), le mobilier des chambres était cassé et abimé. Les douches ne fonctionnent qu'avec un petit jet d'eau et les écoulements sont presque bouchés ! ! ! |

Le petit déjeuner était bien, ainsi que la localisation de l'hôtel. Bien que le site mentionnait un parking public gratuit, il est très restreint et nous avons failli devoir garer notre voiture très loin de l'Hôtel ! |

Nice staff that welcomed us though we were late at night, 22:40. Good English breakfast. Clean room and bathroom. Room door lock malfunctioned; trouble getting out. But the lock was fixed. |

Please write at least 15 words the service was churly; the bedding was damp. I had to wrap myself in a blanket from the cupboard to be warm and dry.I paid using amex on your site the hotel doesn't accept it and I still have to check whether I haven't paid twicem |

The rooms were tatty, no smoke detectors in half the hotel, big sanitation problems ie other peoples excrement appearing in your toilet...discusting! Not enough dining space for the amount of guests. Very noisy, walls like paper. The place needs closing down. |

Comfortable,easy walking distance to centre of Oxford.Room was spacious and overlooking playing fields as requested.Very quiet at night despite stag party staying for the weekend! Lots of stairs to our room!Also some traffic noise which did not affect us too much as we were on top floor but may affect people on lower floors. |

The room was like a cellar. No curtains on a window.Very poor TV reception. Grotty shower and no sound insulation above and you could hear everything.Plus kettle did not boil. |

The host welcomed us and was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was fine except I was not sure about the tea--may be the change in water. No decaff.coffee! |
