Pokój był bardzo przyzwoicie urządzony, czysty I każdego dnia sprzątany. Hotel położony jest 15 min od centrum, w dość cichym miejscu.

Pokój był trochę ciemny I zimny - znajdował się częściowo w piwnicy.

Location, great breakfast.

Poor access for elderly, narrow steep steps. Had to request assistance for luggage. Limited car parking. Small room, limited TV channels.

Lovely breakfast, perfect location to visit Oxford

Affordable price; good location (15 min. walking to Oxford center); quiet place; good breakfast.

Very basic accommodation; shutters lacking at the window (only light curtain), so that you have to wake up with the sunshine in the morning; no hairdryer; bathroom small and uncomfortable; bed not made up since 1 p.m.

Parking was adequate, pleasant 15 minute walk to center of city, yet was on a bus line if weather changed. Good breakfast.

Our room was on the small side, but I didn't pay a premium price either. The photos below were probably their best rooms!

Lovely hosts - we had a bit of trouble with the toilet leaking, and were immediately transferred to an even larger room.

The location of this hotel was great and was in great walking distance within Oxford.

We booked with booking.com but the hotel forgot to reserve the rooms for us. When we arrived at the hotel, all the rooms were sold out, so instead of getting 2 double rooms, we only received one and then one of us ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor. We were not reimbursed or offered any other extra incentives except that we were only charged for one room instead of two. This was a very large mistake and was not comfortable for our only night stay in Oxford.

Its proximity to the centre of Oxford. Cleanliness was excellent as was the breakfast.

We had a good stay and we felt very welcomed.

The staff was accommodating and meant well.

The first night we were put in a room with no hot water in the shower and without a working telephone to inform the staff of our problems. We eventually knocked on the manager's door and he tried to fix both issues without success. He asked if we could move to another room, which we did. The new room had no issues. The manager meant well but the facilities were not that good. Both rooms were extremely small. We enjoyed Oxford but the hotel was like staying in a box. The price was very good, the location a little more out of the way than we had expected and the rating of the hotel was a little misleading. The managers were nice people but the facility lacked amenities. It would probably be ok for an overnight stay but not for a three night stay.

Our room was the only one in the house without a view, which made it a bit dark. It was also a bit small but the bed was comfortable and so was the shower so it's a small cavil.

The rooms were very nice and had comfotable beds. The price included a nice English breakfast. Nice staff.

The bedrooms were comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a good possition.
