The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perect. Easy access to Solihull and train for Birmingham centre The hotel was very very warm. The heating was on but all the doors and windows were open to try and cool the place down. We even had the air con on al night |

Has an authentic atmosphere, hotel with style. Turkish bath and swimmingpool good way for relaxing and good food as well. The waither suggested that the menu was changed but when I got it was not what he had been suggesting. I had choosen my whine accordingly with the dish. At breakfast there was was only toastbread. |

Bar was lively and Conference facilities were good excellent breakfast and speedy checkout good location for NEC. My first room allocation was very poor, heating not working, electric fire in the room (which suggests an awareness of the heating problem) which had a broken leg making it unstable and a fire risk and TV not working.Room changed promptly. |

The room was nice and big, good facilities. Restaurant has really good food. Great fitness & leisure area My room was really cold at night, as the only heating was up to the airconditioning (stayed there 2 nights in the middle of November). The second night they provided an additional heater, which helped a bit |

The breakfast was excellent, the room was spacious and clean, the facilities are very good. Would have been nice to have bottles of water in the room and decaffeinated tea and coffee. |

We booked a double room, but on check-in were advised that only twin rooms available. There appeared to be no effort made to source a double room for us, or any recompense offered for the inconvenience.Although there were clean towels, there were also dirty ones hung on the bathroom door. |

Breakfast, swimming pool for modest keep fit. Bar facility. Space around - corridors etc.Breakfast -room service. Polite staff and reception staff.Very good value. Important that attractive room rates are regularly available.Would stay again when in Solihull area next if rate right.(Visiting Antiques Fair ,friends and shops!). No (Except the 'reduced room rate' meant that we were above the car-park; slightly early morning deliveries created a bit of a noise!). |

Value was excellent and accommodation was ideal. Spot on for what we wanted and we were happy. Should upgrade the TVs to flat screen but that costs of course. |

the wedding reception i was attending was downstairs so it was convenient for me. I booked an executive room which was between so many stairs that my elderly mother who is a heart patient was gasping for breath. I then ask for a more convenient room so we got a room further away but on the same level as the lift and were give a basic standard room. The service was very poor, after 9pm no one answers the phone on the reception desk or room help when we wanted to ask about the heating in the room. Rooms were cold as the heating was not working so we were provided two heaters, thanks to one of the staff at reception who had just come on to her shift. |

The facilities, although the pictures of these were misleading on Booking.com! It's proximity to the town was also very convenient. The noise of the air conditioning units outside out window was so loud, but we had to have the window open because the room was stiflingly hot and the air con didn't work! |

Excellent courteous helpful staff- Aurrille(arranged ice and some tea pouches for my room),Sarah(POOL)-serves tea at poolside and Marion at reception..all fabulous. Catering staff at breakfast very nice!Every little helps and they seem to understand that. Hence, this lovely feedback! Interconnecting doors between the hotel rooms- probably to convert them into suites when needed; rooms not very sound proof!!! |
