Size of room.
Hotel staff were loud during the early hours (0830hrs on a Sunday) and had no regard for guests sleeping.
Good quality Dinner, good service and nice rooms.
Poor quality breakfast.
Really friendly staff, nice bar facilities, spacious room
No bath towels in the room when I arrived. Mattress was clearly very old and needed changing
Rooms looked new Nice feel to the hotel Good location and close to the bars / restaurants
Drinks were expensive in the hotel bar causing you to go to the local bars.
Good value for money on the deal we had.
Bathroom basin did not work and the room above was very noisy on the Sunday morning.
Location Front desk staff were very friendly
Bed was extremely uncomfortable and too soft Breakfast was horrible, I would say the worst buffet breakfast I've had. Burnt coffee, cold hash browns. Need more staff to serve guests and serve out more food. Bathroom was very tired looking with fixtures e.g. shower taps requiring replacement. Quality of sleep awful - room was part of a family room with separate doors so I was able to hear everything from next door. No tea/coffee kettle provided in the rooms.
Location settings perfect
Location is good and room size also.
The breakfast was truly awful. The eggs were literally wet and the coffee grey in colour and I drinkable.
Good location and staff were helpful.
Check in was very busy as there was only 1 receptionist, he managed this very well considering there was a problem with the system. Very friendly receptionist. Hotel room was clean and bed very comfy.
Bathroom smelt disgusting. Very old shower curtain. Hot water tap was so hot it burnt our hands! Generally old and tired. Very noisy also.
Location for town centre excellent. Ample parking even though there was a large conference at the time
Hotel had good facilities
Staff were unhelpful and rude
Didn't like pillow and find it hard to sleep
Excellent value for money. Very clean and comfortable and a good location as it was easy to walk to the train station and town center.
Wifi didn't work and no-one could fix it, kettle in room was faulty, people walking in to the room on an evening who have been given duplicate keys to the room by accident.
Reception staff brilliant and very helpful. Room service pizza a dream on second visit after holiday arrived 3 am lovely welcome and late checkout sorted without a problem thoroughly enjoyed the visit
Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Everybody was extremely friendly. Definitely one of the best hotels that I have stayed at.
Some areas of the hotel looked a little tired and in need of refurbishment.
Peaceful location. Nice garden view from the restaurant. Fluffy white towels Excellent choice at breakfast
Curtains not quite long enough to shut out light from outside.
The breakfast was cold and the price was excessive the one morning we ate in the hotel..
The hotel is positioned just a short walk from the town centre, rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable.
The location was convenient and parking. Literally the shopping centre is situated 3 minutes away from the hotel Bar and breakfast facilities were very good
We stayed within this hotel for two nights but our first night stay consisted of no running hot water. However due to three weddings taking place changing rooms was an issue. We made a complaint about the water issue but nothing was done above it depsite logging it officially. During our second night stay we were provided a room within part of the hotel that had no working lifts. So it meant taking luguage up using 4 flights of stairs.
The spacious rooms/baths and leisure facilities.
bathroom floor cracked tiles grout missing
