Staff went out of their way to help out, beautiful secure setting with everything thought of. Excellent wifi and the comfiest bed. Excellent breakfast choisces and food packs. Attention to detail is fantastic. I will definitely be back again and again!
We liked the self check in service and to be left alone to relax.not been bothered by staff.
The location was amazing and so peaceful. Lovely chalets and great value for money.
Cosy and homely. We only had one but would return for the pease and quite.
Not a thing
Checking and access to stable room. Good parking space.
Dog barking next door!!! No shelf in bathroom to put personal things on. Bathroom was small.
Wish we had arrived earlier, but above all we enjoyed our stay.
Sleeping in a stable. It was different to a hotel room. I loved it!
Absolutely nothing. As perfect as could be!
Peace and quite, countryside retreat, excellent gastro pubs nearby, not far from city centre
Me and my partner stayed here Saturday night and it was perfect stopping for a celebration and they had given us a congratulations card, the view was lovely, the chalet itself was so cosy and warm and had everything you needed in there. The breakfast hamper was great had all different cereals and bread couldn't of asked for a better stay would deffonatley recommend this place
This was the perfect place for me to spend my last few days in the UK before returning home after traveling for 3 months. Heather is a wonderful host and her 3 dogs the most friendly, smoochy dogs I have met.The self check-in was easy, the facilities very clean and comfortable and the setting very tranquil with horses and deer as neighbours. I loved the breakfast hamper so could have breakfast at my own leisure. Overall I would rate this as one of the best places I stayed in on my extended holiday.
The fridge was a little noisy, but it wasn't really a problem as I turned if off at night and the milk was still fresh in the morning.
Small room and cramped facities
Excellent Location - remote for a quiet night and central enough with easy access to Solihull, Birmingham, Birmingham Airport, Stratford-Upon-Avon and many other wonderful attractions less than an hour away Free wifi is essential to remaining in contact with civilisation as both our phones struggled to obtain a signal. Useful for an isolationist retreat but not useful for a young working couple having a quick break. Amazing staff, ease of check-in and room décor are all positive factors of this wonderful B&B
Access road is a bit difficult for sporty vehicles and the speedbumps are rather tricky...
The staff and facilities are superb. Heather was incredibly helpful.
Location Room Customer service Breakfast Comfort
WIFI needs a booster in the rooms.
Lovely and peaceful.
Self serve breakfast - easy Very nice and friendly proprietors
pillow no lighting over mirrors - very difficult to apply finer details of 'make up' Chair too low for comfort when eating at the high 'counter' 'Sleeping policemen' on long drive - too many, and too high, poorly designed and crudely made (insurance claims could ensue from others). Venue not obvious when driving alone - had to knock on the door of a local resident for directions.
Spotlessly clean and quiet Good travel links Close to amenities Good communication and instructions Comfortable accomodation
Dark approach on unmade road but it is a working farm.
stayed for the second time and its still as charming and relaxing as the first time we stayed we look forward to next year !!
After a hectic day its a perfect place to relax. Local public pubs. Country walks and a cosy bed.
Lovely dogs, nicely decorated and very clean
We loved Deer park farm, very freindly, comfortable environment, in beautiful surroundings, would not hessitate to go back and will do as soon as possible, if only i could wake up every day in those surroundings, very happy customers.
only thing i did not like was that my break was coming to an end.
The unit was fine, just very robotic.
This place was very impersonal. The only people we saw were the stable hands and a builder on the morning of departure. There is no contact whatsoever with people, no welcome, it is robotic. We did not even have a folder in our unit to accesss the internet, so had to ask a stable hand who found us one!
The area we were in was very calm and chilled out very peaceful, the staff were friendly unbelievable attentive and very thorough with the organisation I the chalet, very happy with our stay
