The Stafford London, by Kempinski  

The staff treated us like Royalty the moment we arrived for our Christmas Holiday. The Room was beautiful, large and upgraded. It was very comfortable with a fireplace and Christmas tree. A complementary bottle of wine awaited us with an unexpected invitation from Leon, the General Manager, to join in a festive Christmas Carol Party in the wine cellar. Guests were treated to a warm rum punch and a lovely Choir from a nearby church. The details of service were amazing with unexpected gifts on Christmas day arrived from the staff. Service was impeccable, the food delicious and the experience was one we will never forget. This is not a 5 star Hotel it is 10 stars or more!!!!! We plan to return next year. Fabulous and so close to wonderful shopping, restaurants and palace sites.

The general quality of everything was of a high standard. The friendliness, service and professionalism of the staff was second to none.

The bath robes were very clean but at the expense of being 'boiled up' making them shrink so as not to be big enough for the larger guest and very harsh on the skin like wearing a loofah!

On arrival our room was upgraded and was perfect. Staff friendly and helpful, couldn't fault the service or hotel. Definitely will return.

We often stay at this hotel. We like it's location next to Green Park and the tube station. It is quiet and intimate. The staff is helpful and professional. The American Bar is a great place to meet friends for a drink and has excellent food.

I absolutely iced everything about this hotel and the staff was amazing. I truly appreciated a gym on sight, it was just the perfect place, in the heart of London with out all of the commotion as it is tucked away from the main streets. Truly a gem of a find. It will definitely be my hotel of choice everytime I visit London now.

It is without doubt a luxury hotel at an affordable price through booking.com. A central location in a very quiet cul de sac and virtually no noise at night. Like hotels used to be.

Service on the second morning was hit and miss. I had no problems but surrounding tables were less well served in terms of attention etc. It wouldn't happen at the Goring Hotel in London where I often stay.

I liked everything about it. It was simply the best experience we ever had & I am basing my evaluation after trying many many 5 star hotels world wide.. In my personal opnion The Stafford London has perfected it down to the smallest detail. They have excellent customer service, the hotel & room were beautifully designed with excellent ambience & very clean. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy their time in London.

we stayed at the Stafford Hotel in April 2011 because of works going on there we were upgraded to a suite which was mind boggling abs luxury. The staff were very good and helpful and the food was excellent. We had a lounge in our suite and we had breakfast in our room which was laid out on a table for you in the morning and was excellent. The bed was so comfortable just an excellent weekend at the Stafford.We stayed there last year and was upgraded to a King room that was brill but this stay exceeded that one. We will defl be going back again to this hotel.

Nous avons apprécié la situation de l' hôtel qui se situe vraiment au centre de Londres.Les chambres sont très confortable et beaucoup de charme

Lors de notre séjour, l'hôtel était en transformation...Donc pour le petit déjeuner nous devions manger avec un plateau sur nos genoux!!! Ce n' était vraiment pas pratique et surtout pour le prix du petit déjeuner ils auraient pu trouver une autre alternative.

Confort excellent. Service de grande qualité. Décor anglais typique.

Appareillage un peu vétuste. (Robinetterie, chauffage insufisant)

Hotel tres bien situe pres des parcs , de la zone shopping....ambiance de l'hôtel très anglaise et très plaisante. Bien-être garanti.
