Attention to detail Complete absence of pressure to spend more money than I wished to spend

Nothing that was within the control of the hotel or the staff

The staff were simply excellent.

Location Ground floor restaurant bar and terrace are great.

Room furniture just a little tired. No iPod speakers.

Location and the staff was very nice

the room the bed was extremely incomfortable we sank in.. And had backaches daily

The location was the only thing I liked. It was a nightmare of a stay!

A summary of my stay such that you can understand why this was so poor: 1. Made the booking through Booking.com and got an email address that bounced (had to then call with my special requests) 2. I arrived in the evening walking in from Green Park station with luggage in tow and got to the doors and no doorman to help. Had to take my own bags in 3. Got offered some newspaper when I had specifically asked for on the phone for the Financial Times 4. They upgraded me to what I am told is a better room 5. I had a fairly mediocre dinner whereupon the lady that was waiting on me left half way through the meal and I was then tended to by someone else 6. The next day I asked for a late checkout at 1 pm and your staff obliged; only for me to get locked out of my room as your automated key card system was not able to extend my stay and I had to come to the front desk when it was pouring down without an umbrella 7. The crowing glory was the next day as I had my business meeting by the fireplace my guest embarrassingly pointed me to a mouse that scurried about 8. Before I left I asked for a brochure about your meeting rooms and facilities; though your manager came by she never dropped off the information 9. Finally the car that you arranged with Claremont due to poor routes taken was so late that the driver dropped me off at the subway such that I could take the Picadilly line and make it to Heathrow in time! 10. I asked for the invoice to be emailed and even that never came through.

Excellent hotel, perfectly located with friendly staff. Remarkably quiet.

There was nothing I didn't like. Some might find the daily (Monday to Friday) arrival of suited businessmen for meetings over tea and coffee a little invasive, but I loved it. Gives the hotel the feel of a club and the businessmen are very quiet and elegant. Quiet a change from track-suited tourists in many hotels.

Excellent, comfortable, quiet hotel for the traveller who likes quality .

La posizione incantevole, molto vicina alla metro e a due passi dal centro, la struttura è molto ben curata in perfetto stile inglese ed inoltre il personale dell'albergo è stato veramente molto cordiale e gentile. Sicuramente credo di ritornare in questa struttura appena possibile. Pur volendo essere pignoli, non riesco a trovare alcun aspetto negativo. Lo consiglio vivamente.

L'hotel si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalle vie del centro e dello shopping. A un minuto a piedi dalla stazione della Tube di Green Park. Staff professionale e hotel curato.

空间很小，不太方便。 门童开门不积极，拿行李很热情（不言而喻）。并且同意留意门外的停车，不到几分钟还是有罚单，门童没有提醒- 。 离电梯和外门太近，有噪音。

Wir haben ein tea kettle im Zimmer vermisst, sonst war all.es perfekt.

There was a slight issue with the water on the Saturday morning but this was quickly rectified by Isobel and a bottle of champagne was sent to our room in the evening by means of an apology.

De locatie, kamer en service zijn uitstekend. Het hotel is zeer rustig gelegen middenin Londen: veel bezienswaardigheden liggen op loopafstand. Ideaal voor een korte romantische stedentrip.
