Bedroom hadn't been cleaned on arrival!! Had to ask someone to Hoover it and clean the sides with baby wipes. Full of stains and general dirt. Didn't even get given a key when we got there...had to wait until we complained.

Could've been a bit cleaner.
charged extra for breakfast when should have been included could get into ensuite facilities staff enventaully opened the jammed door could not then be closed also broken catch on window could not be shut looked like some one had been sick on inside of bedroom door had not been cleaned white paint one door handles and on tiles in toilet the stair carpet was thick with dust the restaurant was like eating in a churh hall with ocer 50 chairs and table piled against two walls the night asked if we would like cooked breakfast we said yes about 15 minutes later with out speaking to us again slapped a cooked breakfast on the table we said we could not eat beans and were told that's how it come and then offered to take the beans off in a hotel you should say what the breakfast consists of and ask what you would like we wre told by staff it was not a comfortable hotel only really suitable for stag parties which they had on Saturday night so sunday breakfast was a help your self buffet of cooked food . we had a terrible stay and like a refund on the breakfast
moldy showers, filtnoticeshy room, no hot water for 5 nights, noisy area, loud parties, really feel this place should be condemmed. Also several sign stating Discover card accepted when it was not! probably due to the fact my fee would have been refunded!!
The wall to floor tiling in the bath room.
Maybe a side light next to the bed.
Location. Decent sized room and shower.
This hotel would have so much going for it, IF someone cleaned it regularly and controlled the behaviour of some of the guests (whom I suspect were DSS). There were squashed flies on the window, stains on the walls and numerous old coffee staines on the dresser. When we arrived back at the Hotel, I was kept awake by the numerous drunken bums - whom were sat outside the Hotel - talking loudly to each other until 6am. Because of the noise, I gave up sleeping and tried to listen to what they were saying, but it was too boring to listen to. What a paradox! We didn't hang around for breakfast, because frankly, bearing in mind the level of hygiene in the room, I didn't think we'd survive the experience. I can only imagine it'd be like something out of a nature documentary... On our way to the car park, we passed a gigantic pile of sick. So it's good to know they make the same effort with the outside ground as they do inside the hotel.
Very noisy, people up and about from 5 am, bathroom not clean , towels given very also not clean. Single room very small , cup had been used before , marks on walls , did not risk getting in to bed ,
The room was clean and clean bedding the staff was help full as we had to leave at 0630 in the morning to early for breakfast but they supplied cereal and toasjt for us before we left
The was a few flies in the room when we got there but it was a ferry hot and humid day. What really was did appointing was a bag of rubbish left in the hall way as we checked in at 1700 went for some lunch at a nearby pub as the hotel does not cater for meals but when we where leaving in the morning the rubbish bag was still in the hall way also it is on a ferry busy street and with no double glazing it was ferry noisy not recommended for a good night sleep
Very dirty, toilet full of mould and smells. Shower leeky. Shower curtain mouldy. Walls dusty
friendly and helpful staff
huge water damages and stains of dirt and coffee on the walls, no place to put your clothes at all, very old windows - glad I was there in the summer, curtains much too short; no privacy at all!
Staff good , cheap and cheerful but close to the centre .
Unclean facilities. Unhelpful staff.
Poor cleanliness Staff No towels Bad shower No lamp just main light Breakfast stops at 9am Horrible room
Bed was broken, blood on walls, no water pressure in showers, TV and radio did not work. No towel rail...I could go on!
The reviews where horrendous !! I wouldn't let my dog stay here
This hotel should be closed !!! Have u read the reviews
There is nothing remotely positive to say.
The hotel's was dirty in the extreme and the smells were of urine. There were clearly many DSS residents and people with mental health issues with banging and screaming. This has to be the most disgusting hotel in the world. We looked in the room and left immediately as it was so dirty. They refused to refund.
