The bed was comfortable...like sleeping in a marsh mallow, but a bit too soft for myself. But still very comfortable and very luxurious. Breakfast was perfect too with so much choice, but with my full English I think I should have asked if any baked beans!
Hazel, the owner was so lovely, welcoming and very helpful. The room was amazing, luxurious and the attention to detail was perfection. The room was big, airy with loads of charm and character. As myself and my partner were staying there the night before going to a funeral, it was the perfect choice and I would choose this over any corporate hotel any time. It was perfect for peace, quiet and a little reflection.
