I Booked an Executive Double which was supposed to have a Balcony or Patio but I got neither - so I paid over the odds for what was esentially a standard double room with no outside space. Also a complimentary small bottle of wine and chocolates and mineral water was also meant to be included but were not in the room until I mentioned it to reception.

Very nice hotel with very helpful staff. I would book here again.

went there to be near Heathrow for return to Australia, did not expect such a nice atmosphere, surprised how green and picturesque the area was, pleasant for walking, pleasant staff, excellent carparking, quality live jazz in the evening, good restaurant, very helpful with luggage and stored it all day, cheap taxi to airport

too far to walk to tube, would need taxi (or bus which stops a little way away).

My room was one of only a few with nowhere to sit outside, beds need a top sheet.

Accomodation was to a good standard, and the service was quick in the restaurant, food was excellent.

Friendly welcome on arrival. Given a free upgrade to a delightful room. Location was ideal for our visit to see daughter. Very impressed by all the staff we had contact with. Would strongly recommend this hotel.

Good instructions on location. Close to LHR airport. Clean, modern, new room. Lovely bar/restaurant/ lounge area. Secluded garden. Menu adequate and food very good. Staff attentive and professional.

Minor misunderstaning on bill structure.

The staff were extreamely helpful and friendly, the restaurant and bar was well designed and beautifully decorated, very welcoming and cosy, the rooms were a good size and well equipped.

The double bed was 2 singles joined together, the shower could do with an upgrade, that's about it

Handy for Heathrow Free Parking!! Breakfast

My room whilst having a modern appearance was in the old part of the Hotel and as such the floors were very uneven. Bathroom was tiny All of the double glazing panels in the windows were faulty and filled with condensation. The door seal was missing. Poor sound insulation.

Ceiling mounted shower rose...not ideal when trying to keep hair dry. Also unable to adjust angle. Radiators...impossible to choose the temperature you want.

Rooms quite small for a 'Boutique Hotel'

Clean, contemporary, unfussy, well designed, helpful staff, carpark

Shower - holes in shower head were blocked causing water to go everywhere apart from down, soaking whole bathroom and giving unsatisfactory shower.

Loved the bed! The restaurant and the lounge was very nice as well.

While the bed was great I would have liked it a little softer. Also, we only got one large towel so we had to share it.

Everything that a decent hotel should be without be ridiculously expensive.

The hotel and room we stayed in were spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The double bed in room 12 had a dip in middle so we kept rolling into each other.

The tastiest ceaser salad ive had!
