The apartment is good value for money (as long as you don't get charged twice!) and an ideal location. Reasonably well equipped and was fine for us for one night.

I was asked to pay cash on arrival because card payments apparently couldn't be processed at that time. I stupidly didn't ask for a receipt and 2 days after I checked out payment was taken off my card as well. I did eventually get my money back after numerous phone calls, the owner apologised and said it was a communication error. I would not advise you pay cash but if you have to make sure you get a receipt. Like many other reviews here i also couldn't get through to the number given on the booking confirmation, and was eventually contacted by someone else on the day of arrival. The cleanliness could be better, we found rubbish under the sofa and bed, including an old sock. Also the toaster didn't work and sofa broken.

Spotlessly clean, and much larger than we were expecting. Brilliant to have a choice of so many music and tv channels. Everything needed including lots of stuff in kitchen and lots of clean towels. Lady who met us was lovely and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The owner, promptly and courteously answered our two pre-vist queries almost instantaneously by both text and phone call. Def be using again if we come back up to Norwich. Thanks for making our New Year accommodation so stress free

No curtains in living room... but this was minor as we were so pleased with everything else

1 min walk from train/bus station. 10 min walk to city centre. Clean,warm fully equipt kitchen. Reasonably priced

A couple of things need fixing, the lounge blind and one settee needs dumping and replacing with an arm chair that would take up less space. None of these detracted from our stay.Very enjoyable Thankyou

The location of the apartment was fantastic and in the main the apartment decor was in good order and it was clean. The towels provided were generous and the kitchen pretty well stocked with equipment. Having a private allocated parking space was great too and a real bonus. The apartment was quiet too , a nice surprise with being in the city centre and so close to the train station.

But there were a few too many frustrations to make the stay relaxing. The main settee was broken to the point it was unusable ... the arrivals manager apologised for this on arrival but no effort was made to rectify the problem nor did the owner who didn't even have the decency to reply to my message where I expressed my dissatisfaction after the first night stay. The iron was unusable because previous guests had burnt stuff on the bottom and not cleaned it , the sinks and bath drained away so slowly , clearly needing Mr Muscle. The toaster did not work and whilst the tv in the bedroom looked good when you came to use it the picture was so pixalated you could not watch it - I imagine the tele had been dropped. I appreciate all of these issues have been caused by previous guests but my feeling is they should have been rectified before my stay. I headed over to the Morrisons and purchased a toaster and iron for £5 each just to make my stay less stressful. The furniture in the bedrooms was also difficult to use because the drawers would not open with ease - to the point I lived out of my case.

The service was 100% brilliant, the lady who gave us the keys and showed us around was absolutly amazing and so nice and friendly!!!! Excellent start to our time away!!! Really clean, comfy, such good value for money!!!! A* brilliant location to the station

The location was fabulous and it was perfect for friends to stay together.

Location and privacy

few minor issues that other people have already pointed out like no internet, no mirror in the bathroom, broken sofa etc but as I said they are minor and didn't affect the overall experience. I would stay there again

Spacious light rooms with plenty of space. Very friendly staff greeted us at the door. Well equipped kitchen.

Extremely difficult to find especially as signs where pointing the wrong way. Some furniture broken and the bathroom light hanging from the ceiling by the electric cables. Insufficient parking spaces - one space for two apartments. Heavy road noise from the Post Office lorries early in the morning.

This is a decent apartment in an attractive building, quiet and with a fairly well equipped kitchen. It is very handy for the railway station.

Despite its being clearly stated that payment was on arrival, the management company charged my credit card as soon as I made the booking. This alarmed me, and I found it very difficult to contact them. It was several days before we got a response, which was that their policy is to charge up front and we could cancel if we wanted. The bedrooms both have double beds and none of us wanted to share. There were only three dining chairs and one of the sofas was broken; this appears to have been true for some time. Also there is nothing in the bathroom except the basics, that is, no mirror, no towel rails, no hooks. None of these things would cost much to put right but there appears to be a general lack of interest in anything except profit.

Avoid the station apartments like the plague!!! Firstly getting into the room was a joke!! The number your given on booking (the landlord) does not turn his phone on or ever return calls! So getting hold of the charming girl whom checks you in took over 45 mins!! Then there are zero markings on the property to tell you name or anything!!! But when you fight your way into the room through the overgrown bushes your greeted with a broken sofa lack lutsre decor and thats it, no tea /coffee soap mirror above the sink nothing!! Then there is the bed! Probabaly the cheapest most uncomfatble nights sleep in history , the matress was so bad I ended up on the floor!!! You could not only feel all the springs poking you in every part of your body you can feel the divan basee under the matress!!! At £20 it would be expensive!!! O and plus half the lights didnt work

Quiet and clean, modest comfort. Good fridge and freezer. Natural light in what is officially a ground floor, but really a basement, apartment. Very pleasant "welcomer" who also rang during my stay to ask if everything was ok and promised to have the faults fixed. Flexible check-in and check-out times. Good value.

Several faults with the apartment (which has been commented on before). Not a tragedy, but annoying: lights not working windows that wouldn't open blind that fell down no litter bin heater that didn't work

Fantastic location, right next to the train station and only a short stroll into the town centre. Very clean and well presented

Minor gripe - the sofa in the living room was broken and the light fitting in the bathroom was hanging on by it's wires!

It was clean and simply laid out with most of the facilities needed. The woman who met and greeted us was helpful polite and very pleasant to deal with. Over all it was well presented, clean and a better standard than many hotels.

There was nowhere to hang towels. The "shower" which was run from the taps, needed a curtain to contain the water so that the bathroom didn't get soaked. The sofa was broken. The tv didn't work in the bedroom.

Problem with the toilet.

Convenient location, apartment clean and parking available. Good responsive service to query prior to visit.Excellent service from the young lady who contacted us prior to our visit and ensured she was waiting for us on arrival to show us round the apartment, and that we could access the allocated parking space and checked to see if everything was okay during our stay. Unfortunately she wasn't able to respond to some of the faults in the apartment as clearly these are the responsibility of the landlord who has obviously not responded to these issues having been raised before on the basis of other reviews

Please note all the negative comments from the website reviews, they are all true and real stay is even worse.There is no parking in the apartment grounds as promised in the website , I parked my car at rose lane and paid over £5 a day, and I was forced to wake up 5.30am every morning to feed the carpark meter at rose lane. The place is unclean full of dust, windows are stuck unable to open for fresh air, blinds are falling apart, bedroom window stuck open there is a plant growing through the window from outside, bed is old with spring which is uncomfortable to sleep on, the sofa is falling apart, shower dirty with mold with slippery slime on floor,

Small well decorated apartment very close to the station.

No window blind or curtains in the living room. Direct light rays from cars parking in the car park was constantly flashing into our eyes. People can see what is going on directly in the living room from outside. The bed room was freezing cold and we had to drag the mattress to the living room to sleep. No cooking pots,forks to eat, no waste bin in the kitchen or toilet. The toilet was damaged. I was shown how to dig my two fingers into a hole at the top of the toilet to flush. I called for help and my daughter sent txt messages to the lady who checked me in . She ignored us. Dirty cups used by previous guests were in the kitchen cupboard. I surgest the owner should check and make sure basic amenities are in place before allocating it to guests. Iam in the process of complaining to fair trade and hotel watch dog to look into this for safety. I was scared of been attacked by burglars who could break in and also rape us. Thank god for his mercy
