Located in the village of Aviemore on the northern tip of the Cairngorms National Park, The Steading Apartment is a luxury accommodations in the heart of the whiskey trail in the Spey Valley. It offers guests free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. The apartment itself features a private entrance and under-floor heating, as well as French doors, which lead onto the garden and patio areas. The dining room and lounge are open plan and feature 2 sofas, a table and chairs and a TV. Guests will also be treated to The Steading’s modern kitchen, featuring a double oven/hob and a dishwasher. It is also stocked with washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. The apartment includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate cloakroom. In a quiet residential area the apartment offers guests the chance to relax and appreciate the areas diverse wildlife on the doorstep. Gael Holiday Homes is a family run business which has been providing rental of quality assured rental cottages, holiday homes, log cabins and apartments across the Highlands of Scotland for 10 years. We only provide quality rentals in the Highlands and operate from our booking office in Dingwall in the Highlands. We would be delighted if you choose to stay in one of the properties we rent out on behalf of private owners and would be happy to hear from you if you need any assistance in deciding where to stay.

The apartment is accessed via a separate external entrance. Spacious hallway leading to open plan/living/kitchen/dining area with French doors leading to the garden areas on the ground floor. The lounge has ample seating, 3D TV with Freeview, free Wi-Fi internet access and a Bose speaker system to connect a smartphone or tablet. The kitchen has everything you would wish for from electric double oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, right down to an integrated wine cooler Master bedroom with kingsize bed, en suite shower room and fitted wardrobes Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes Single bedroom with additional pull out single bed Family bathroom with separate shower, bath, wc and basin. Utility room with washing machine Cloakroom with wc. Underfloor heating throughout with temperature control in each room

Neighborhood info

The quiet and tranquil area of the Highlands and a haven for local wildlife. From the property, you will be able to spot birds of prey, but head 2-minutes out of Aviemore and you can spot a lot of wildlife, we recommend travelling to Loch Morlich for a great view and wildlife watching. A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands, however, this is not a necessity. The local taxi service operates 24 hours of the day. There is a train and bus station in town, allowing guests to travel north or south to explore more of what the Highlands has to offer. The nearest airport is Inverness Airport and can be accessed within a 45 -minute drive.
