Close proximity to Park and Ride for Ryder Cup. Good breakfast. Warm Welcome.
Traffic noise throughout night disturbed our sleep. Host insisted payment made in cash. Price seemed to be inflated because of Ryder Cup.
Cleanliness Staff Breakfast
The breakfast was very good.
On arrival we were told that we would have to pay cash for our stay, as the card machine wasn't working. Did we receive the email telling us this? No, of course not. Some problem with the fire alarm, which meant the lights were on in our room until the early hours. Not an enjoyable experience.
Breakfast very nice .helpful staff.great value
We didn't see a lot of our 'home' as we were up and out early to watch get to Gleneagles, but the atmosphere was welcoming, the room spotlessly clean and well equipped, if small and the staff very, very friendly and helpful.
Nothing really, but it was a couple of miles from Stirling town so a bus ride in - BUT the plus is a bus stop 10 yards from the front door!
Clean and with off road parking, cheerful staff.
Glitzy lamp took up all the space on top of the tiny bedside table. Breakfast was only average: you could have the cooked breakfast or cereal but not both. The croissant was a poor apology for one-tiny and doughy!
The location was absolutely perfect for our needs, close to the University for the Open Day and to Stirling where my eldest son now lives as a second year student. I have to give a big and very special mention to Jackie. What an absolute gem and she would be an asset to any business. She clearly loves her job and is exceptionally good at it. We have never felt more welcomed or at home! Fabulous hostess! Everything about our stay was perfect. So very clean, beautifully decorated, wonderful breakfasts and fabulous shower (big plus for us!). As a result of this first class experience all my future stays in Stirling will be here, vacancies permitting of course. Thank you for a fantastic stay :-)
Well situated, great service and nice breakfast.
A wee bit noisy from traffic outside.
Great location near Stirling Castle and Wallace monument. Loved the Italian cafe a block away; wonderful pizza. B&B exceptionally clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast options and staff.
Street side rooms are a bit noisy especially if you are a light sleeper.
single room and cool.
breakfast no side plate for toast. bitter orange drink.
The staff were really lovely
Very good service
very friendly and helpful staff great breakfast clean room and bathroom parking facility
little bit noisy on the street side TV channels did not work
Cleanliness and quality of bathroom were very good. The room was reasonably large.
It was more than walking distance from the center. It was more like a hotel than a B&B.
The staff, as in all of Scotland that we experienced, was really warm and helpful. Bus to downtown is a 10-second walk away
The facility is a bit shabby for 3 stars. Not what I expected.
Comfortable. Clean. Friendly staff
Strictness about breakfast times. Credit card machine broken, had to pay ahead of time, in cash
you have to walk about 30mins from the city center to this place but is was very easy to find it. 15mins walk to the university. very helpful and kind staff.
very clean, welcoming and helpful staff. Near to bridge of Allen and the Wallace monument.
front bedroom next to a noisy road. average cooked breakfast but good coffee.
Very nice friendly B&B Excellent breakfast
If you have a car with low suspension be very careful entering the carpark
Great location! Walking to the Wallace Monument is very easy and provides a great view. Very close to some good restaurants, stores, ATM. Great staff.
Charming B&B. Jackie makes you feel very welcome. I loved the interior deco, very cosy. Continental breakfast is well served and copious. Bus at 15 seconds walk.
My Daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at the stirling b&b. The room was lovely and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good too. We would definitely stay there again. Janet and Kodie.
The location, friendliness of staff and breakfast :-)
The noisy person/people above us.
Great place to stay,5 minute drive from centre of stirling. Lovely hosts. Clean rooms, lovely breakfast. Would stay here again.
