Lovely clean room. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Best breakfast had for a long time. Had a very nice stay.

A typical family-owned old seaside property in the N/E of England that has been well maintained and renovated. Very clean and comfortable and good breakfast. Extremely helpful and courteous family member - Andy - that attended to all details.

We liked everything about The Stuart House it was absolutely faultless, excellent hosts, airy room, fantastic breakfast and we are looking forward to our next stay there.

Andy and Helen run a very friendly, family-type guest house. They are very flexible in meeting people's requirements and always helpful. The guest house looks over the sea on a quiet road along a cliff edge but is close enough to walk to the beach or shops. Parking can be a bit of a problem if you arrive back late but you can usually park fairly close.

The Stuart House is a small family-run hotel. It was all very clean and well- maintained. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a family room with sea view, and my parents had a King room. We were all very comfortable and satisfied. Breakfast was excellent with all needs catered for. Children are very welcome here and accommodated for. Our rooms were very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely hotel . The staff are very freindly and welcoming . Spotlessly clean room . The views from the room are amazing . The breakfast was the best we have ever had and with lots of choice .

Helen and Andy and family were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Andy helped us with our bags as my partner is having chemotherapy at the mo and gets tired and breathless. They made us feel at home and were very friendly. We definitely will be returning. Thank you for a lovely break.

Difficulty in parking

Location, and the beautifull seaview. Nice and clean room. Hotel was owned by a very pleasent family.

There was no elevator, and quite heavy to carry the luggage up the stairs. We had 4 children in the group. Children will always make some noise and don't always sit still. The manager was not very tolerable about this, Maybe it would be better if the hotel was for adults only.

Everything! From the moment we arrived until the minute we left. If you want a nice clean cosy place to stay with a lovely atmosphere and a very good breakfast then this is the place. It's well situated with lovely sea views and fantastic friendly staff.
