very friendly staff good location small but atmospheric good breakfast not so many hotel guests, which is important in such a city as London we heard steps above our heads whenever someone came in (we had a room under the ground level just under the entrance to the hotel

The room was clean. Breakfast was nice. The room was very small, it was even hard to open the luggage. I would like to stay in a larger room next time. Breakfast was nice but I would prefer to have it in a place with daylight.

Extremely helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious. Wifi strength not always reliable but okay. Location is excellent! Close to Hyde Park and all London attractions easily accessible. Typically small for London hotels but didn't bother us at all. Wifi strength is a bit random.

Very friendly and efficient staff, clean and comfortable rooms, overall warm and inviting atmosphere. The location is great, good breakfast, generous with tea and coffee service. A wonderful small, intimate hotel that my husband and I will definitely return to.

Staff couldn't be nicer! Breakfast had plenty of options. Fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, cerial, yogurt, pastry, breads, juice, tea and coffee. Presentation was great. Hot items were always fresh. Executive room was large, bright, quiet and clean!

The staff were excellent from arrival to departure. The hotel was clean and well kept. Situated a few minutes walk from Oxford St, the location couldnt have been better. Overall, great value for money. We would definately return. Bathroom and toilet area was a bit cramped but this is just a very minor issue.

staff friendly, well decorated Please go main street because there are some bad guys on small street nearby. I was stopped by 2 mid-east guys for passport/wallet check. Fortunately, I did not carry cash.

Felt so welcoming, like a home from home. So cosy and warm - it was cold and snowing outside. Loved it and would highly recommend this little hidden gem. Breakfast was super, well staffed and choice of English or Continental. Brilliant. 100% So near Marble Arch, Hyde Park, tube and buses. Nothing to dislike.

Nice, large room w/ tea/coffee service. Robes! Comfortable bed and quiet, even on street side. Breakfast had variety. Concierge offered options for dinner and to book restaurant for us.
