A very nice small hotel just 2 minutes walk from Marble arch and Oxford street. Very basic breakfast starts at 8a.m., included in the price. The rooms are surprisingly spacious. Twice the normal London size.Nice lounge with a free computer. A lovely fish restaurant round the corner. Tea making facilities in the room would be nice. More attention to bathroom acsesoires is essential. We didn't know where to put the soap. The building is old so if there's someone in the room above you get to hear every step. |

great location, lovely clean friendly hotel where you felt quite at home. The breakfast room in the basement would have been better if the room had windows however the room still looked inviting and the breakfast had plenty of variety |

Breakfast was really good. Great sausages. Comfy bed. Nice powerful shower. The decor was a bit spartan. I could not get the heating to work in my room. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. No trouser press. |

Service was excellent, price was very good compared to what you got. The rooms were not very practical, there was not enough room to put things away. There were no drawers and the space in the bath room was minimal. |

Nice friendly hotel, well located for transport, shopping and parks. Good buffet breakfast. Security was good. Only complaint is the lack of sound proofing between floors & rooms. |

the hotel is well situated and the qualty of the room is high. Staff was not very warm, room was on the small side, and ending breakfast service at 9:30 AM is too early for guests that are on holiday. |

Staff was very professional and polite. Location was fairly good. Breakfast was excellent. On the first night our room faced the street and it was very noisy despite the double paned windows. It was do to some street construction and not the hotel's fault, however they moved us to the back of the hotel and it was very quiet from then on. |

Very near to the great shopping area around Oxford Street. Situated on a nice quiet street, Upper Berkeley Street. A comfortable living room with a free Internet. The lovely personnel provided us free of charge with an elegant tray of coffee or tea as soon as we had arrived, because the room was not ready so early. Enough high and very comfortable beads were really a highlight. |

We loved the location and the sharp feel to the hotel. The hotel is kept in mint condition. We had a great bedroom , large by London standards and has a good bathroom. We also loved the front sitting room , it was a place where you can have tea and read in the afternoon. a lovely space. The staff are lovely and will try to go that bit further to help. The downstairs rooms can get quite a lot of noise from the upstairs rooms (wood floors) However this is only an issue when guests are not considerate. |

The hotel is small and has a friendly," non-chain hotel" feel to it. The lounge with internet and a cooked bonus were a nice touch. They also have a range of tour books to borrow, and we managed to get an early check-in too. Some of the rooms ( eg ones at the front) are much nicer than others-we happened to be at ther back! |

Good location for visting London with a boutique atmosphere and offering the services you expect from larger hotels Could have offered better choices for breakfast, especially expresso and capucino |
