Su situacion en el centro de la ciudad, cercano a las zonas bulliciosas pero a la vez en una calle tranquila. El tipo de construccion del hotel que deriva de una casa reconvertida en hotel, hace que sea muy acogedor y familiar. No hay muchas habitaciones y estas sin ser muy grandes son lo suficienentemente amplias y limpias para sentirse comodo. Es mejorable el desayuno, por cantidad y calidad. Escaso. |

Todo ha estado bien: habitación confortable, buen desayuno, buena ubicación en una calle tranquila, pero con restaurantes cercanos donde cenar, parada de metro muy cercana. En general muy recomendable. |

la ubicación, la relacion precio-calidad, las habitaciones son coquetas, la standar un poco justa de espacio, la ejecutive (17€ + al día) perfecta el comedor del desayuno no es demasiado cómodo. |

The Sumner is ideally located very close to Oxford Street, so it is perfect for shopping. We find it also very convenient to be able to travel by tube and bus since it is so close to Marble Arch. |

Location is excellent, 3 mins walk of Oxford St. Room was spacious and clean. No safe in room, no tea/coffee facilities you have to ring for these at extra cost. |

The staff were excellent - always pleasant, polite and accomodating. It is a small intimate hotel with beautiful clean rooms. It's location is ideal. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return soon. I think the buffet breakfast was fine. It could however be improved. |

having free internet the noise from neighbours on every side (including upstairs) was very bad, bathrooms was tiny with no hanging for towels and the hotel was overpriced |

Great location, great comfort, quiet at night , good breakfast, a great little hotel! The queen room was small but perfect for a short break, we were only in the room at night so no problems really! |

Comfortable room. Staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast arrangements - room was windowless and too hot, insufficient staff, not enough seats/tables for amount of guests, tables not cleared. Not offered tea/toast until breakfast nearly finished. |

The staff was friendly and efficient, the breakfast very good, the location near Hyde Park great. If you like to walk, it's easy to get to shopping and to parks and palaces. We were given taxi advice, a map, and a friendly smile. Guests should be warned that there may be some stairs to rooms-- the elevator stops between floors. This was no problem for us, and perhaps if it had been we could have gotten help with our bags, but it wasn't offered and might be difficult for some. |

Decor, comfort, size of hotel, size of rooms and location. Breakfast was a bit basic and table layout not ideal. Our table for two was squashed up with two other tables for two which made talking a bit awkward. |

Conveniently located in quiet street near Marble Arch. Helpful staff at reception. The room was clean and spacious compared to other hotels in the same category. Pity that there was a lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Otherwise it would have been perfect. |

Fantastic location, 5 minutes walk from Oxford St. and tube station. Spotlessly clean room, very comfortable beds, extremely quiet. Staff very helpful and courteous. Great breakfast. Small hotel with family atmosphere. Filled our expections in every way. Definitely recommended! It would have been nice to have a hot water kettle in the room and packets of tea and coffee. However, staff were more than happy to suppy a pot of boiling water every time I requested this and it always arrived within a minute or two. |

Staff were extremely accomodating - checked us into a room early so that we could freshen up before going to a matinee show. The hotel location was quiet considering it is in central London. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds very comfortable. |

Very central location. Easily accessible by underground/taxi. The hotel is quiet and well maintained. It feels like a private house rather than a city hotel. Very good breakfast. Free internet is appreciated but the connection speed is extremely variable (in room as well as lobby). The breakfast room is rather cramped and small. |
