We went for our anniversary and in our room was bubbly chocolates and love hearts! Our room was sweet and romantic! The owners and place lovely .. def go again!
Nothing at all! All brilliant!
Walking distance to town centre, but in a quite location. Friendly owners Lovely cooked breakfast. Comfy Bed Parking space at hotel
Quiet B&B Easy to park for free on the nearby roads Away from centre but close enough to walk into Skegness Comfortable bed Powerful shower
In Room 5 Very small shower area. Mirror over washbasin too low for shaving. No shaving mirror
Everything was perfect the staff are truly amazing, very helpful and a pleasure to speak to nothing was to much for them, i have stayed before and wouldnt go anywhere else
Bed and location
Lovely comfy bed breakfast with healthy options if requested. Friendly welcome and friendly staff
Nothing really - room could have been a bit bigger, but big enough for our two day stay.
EVERYTHING THAT THE SUNNINGDALE HAD TO OFFER AND MORE - LOVED THE LITTLE FINISHING TOUCHES ON OFFER! LINDA AND KEITH WERE VERY WELCOMING AND GAVE US THE IMPRESSION THAT NOTHING WOULD BE TOO MUCH TROUBLE
MAYBE THE FACT THAT THE SUNNINGDALE DIDN'T HAVE A BAR - BUT WE KNEW THAT WHEN WE BOOKED AND SO IT DIDN'T REALLY MATTER, ESPECIALLY AS THERE WERE LOADS TO DO NEAR BY!
Room was a good size and clean
Telly too small
Owners very friendly, good plentiful breakfast, clean comfortable room and a short, easy walk to the seafront.
The owners moved us to a better room when we were not happy with the room and two tier mattress. Gave us one of the nights free due to inappropriate bed.
The large dip in the bed, then when we told the owners about it later in the evening, got shot down in flames from the lady owner because we had not told her earlier in the day. It is the owners duty to check the rooms and facilities not the guest.
It was a lovely place to stay. Only stayed for 2 nights but would happily return. Good value for money!
How much you could hear other people. I'm a very light sleeper and could easily here people around me. Not the hotels fault however!
Absolutely perfect stay staff are just so friendly helpful breakfast was gorgeous carnt fault this hotel or the owners defenetly stay again thank you for everything charmaine and phil .
Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Well proportioned rooms, clean and well maintained hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
Everything - its all good
We shared a family room with our four year old grandson which suited our purpose very well. The landlady, Linda, was very good chatting to our grandson who seemed to lose his voice at breakfast. She had him talking by the second day. The rest of the staff were also very pleasant. Food was good and plentiful at breakfast. All in all a very pleasant stay.
Lovely room. Very large bed (Queen sized?) Very tastefully decorated. Excellent en-suite and additional area for applying make-up, etc. High level of furnishings. Very good breakfast and choice. Reading materials and even DVDs were provided.
Very, very small amount of road noise (although we did have the windows open most of the time for ventilation)
Fantastic staff, very nice and clean room.
Staff were very friendly, we asked there advice on a few things and that was very helpful, we will be going to Skeggy again and we will be staying at Sunningdale no probs x
We liked the warm, friendly welcome we received on arrival. The room had everything we needed, the en-suite was spot on and the bedding and towels had a lovely fresh smell to them. The bed was really comfy as were the pillows, no problem sleeping. Breakfast hit the spot for two hungry cyclists! Would we stay again? Definitely.
comfortable room, excellent parking, good breakfast served by warm and friendly staff.
Location and choice at breakfast plus politeness of owners/staff
Mattress very uncomfy, shower unable to bend and struggle to turn round in it, tv should be on the wall or higher up as unable to watch laying in bed
Overall stay was good breakfast very nice and Keith and Linda very pleasant. The location for us was good as wasn't in the centre and we didn't mind a bit of walking to get to town. Also just a couple of hundred metres to lovely chip shop/ restaurant. Room was a good size. A competitive price with parking.
Bed was soft and room overlooked main road so traffic noise was a problem. Shower cubicle was a small although shower itself was fine Could have done with a bit of sprucing up in general.
As had booked as a last minute and relatively cheap we wasn't expecting anything of this good standard so was pleasantly surprise of the high quality of the accommodation thank you for a good weekend
Brakfast was 8.30 till 9.30 could have been open till 10 as was there for late night weekend so getting up early was not a priority
