This lovely, Tudor guest house is situated on Skegness’s North shore, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. It features an elegantly furnished, fire-lit lounge and light, cosy rooms. All of the bright and traditionally furnished rooms at The Sunningdale feature a TV and private bathroom facilities, with toiletries. Guests can make use of tea/coffee-making facilities while some rooms also include lovely four-poster beds. Cooked, full English breakfasts are served each day in the light and warmly furnished dining room, with its traditional Tudor beams. Guests can relax in one of The Sunningdale’s two lounges, which feature a TV and reading material. Free parking is provided at Skegness’s centre, with its range of shops, amusements, and nightlife, is a 10-minute walk away. I would like to say that the hosts were absolutely fantastic , they made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for us. The facilities were excellent and the room was very clean , tidy and above all comfortable. The Breakfast set us up for the day and finished off a pleasurable stay . I would have no hesitation staying here again and would thoroughly recommend a stay here to friends and family alike. Thank you Parking was a bit limited, but that is a minor gripe

as soon as we arrived we were greeted with a warm and freindly smile and by a sence of nothing was to much trouble for the owners, once checked in we were shown to our room and shown where everything was etc we were left alone and not harrassed every to minuetes like other places we have stayed, the food was excellent and waitress was realy nice, defenetly would stay there again 100% nothing it was all spot on and wouldnt hesitate to stay there again

The owners make you very welcome and do their best to ensure your comfort. Breakfast is excellent Bit noisy in the day if you wanted a nap.

I think the hotel was based on older cliants with the old memrabillia brought back memerys the bed wasreally soft best nights sleep in along while Breakfast could of been bigger

Friendly fat free breakfast was very good, we had a nice little room, enjoyed the lounge, books, and the little touches of books for our 11 yr old in our room. We both liked the rocking horse. Being an old building cant help the creaky stairs we heard a couple coming in above us in the early hours.

we arrived early but received a warm welcome & were shown to a really warm,cosy & comfortable room.It was quiet & we slept really well ! The breakfast was wonderful, eveything first class. we would not hesitate to book again or recommend to anyone.Jenny & Mick, Rotherham. Nothing to dislike

the rooms and the building in general was very nice and it was the comfiest bed ever !!!, the staff couldnt do enough for us, very good service especially at breakfast where my full english was on the table seconds after i ordered it and was very tasty. overall great value for money. liked everything. nothing to dislike.

\\\\\Great place to stay very efficient Great Breakfast. Room8 was a lovely room with lots of romantic touches a lovely place to snuggle up in ona very cold weekend which our stay was The staff and owners need a pat on the back 10/10 Nothing The Dolls that are commented on in reviews did not bother us. The owners are upgrading the hotel as per room 8. The stairs could do with abit of upgrading but that is a minor point
