Opposite Bridlington’s Spa Theatre, The Swallow Hotel is a 2-minute walk from the sandy South Beach. A flat-screen TV and DVD player are included in each light room and free Wi-Fi is available throughout. A full English breakfast can be enjoyed in The Swallow’s dining room which has modern furnishings. Large windows feature in each neutrally decorated room. Every room also has a private modern tiled bathroom, a hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Free private parking is available and Bridlington Golf Club is 3 minutes’ drive away. Warm welcome, clean well decorated rooms. Breakfast good selection hot or cold and plentiful hosts very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Nothing not like.

Very well presented and run by Lou and Paul. Room comfortable and clean with good quality bathroom supplies. Breakfast very hot and tasty.

The owners could not have been more helpful or friendly. Excellent breakfast. Clean. At £75 per night I was disappointed to have to sleep on a plastic mattress cover, use small and cheap towelling and low budget furniture. The rooms are not sound proof and it was noisy.

We had a warm welcome. Our bicycles were stored in a safe place. The personel was pro-active and nothing was too much to ask for. English breakfast as you can expect it.

Fantastic breakfast. Very friendly owners. Central location. Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Parking right outside the hotel. Convenient for The Spa.

We took our 9yr old grandson ,Everything was lovely ,spotless ,Breakfast beautiful.The Hosts were so obliging,nothing was too much trouble.would stay there again. Wish we could have had an evening meal in there.

We're met at the door by friendly proprietor . Cases took up to the room for us. Very welcoming . Breakfast was very nice large variety to choose from. Will certainly return.

Generous supplies for coffee/tea making. Good breakfast, efficient and prompt service, though busy. It was very warm, despite near zero outside. Shame they shut the lounge before we got back at 10pm. The coasters are glass and so impossible to put down a glass of water quietly in the night.

great friendly owners who helped us out at the 11th hour when a previous hotel booked had gone out of business but not told clients so when we arrived in Bridlington we had nowhere to stay. Great hotel lovely food couldn't ask for more. no negatives at all

The break fast was excelent. The rooms very clean tidy and warm. Staff Paul and Lou were very friendly and helpful. The price was very good value for money in comparison to alot of small hotels Ive stayed in. Location very good..

The hosts were excellent. The room was warm and comfortable. Little extras like cheese crackers and biscuits were provided which is a change in the current economic climate of penny pinching. Arriving at the hotel we were warmly greeted and it appeared that they were welcome to go the extra steps to accomodate lodgers. It didn't bother us too much as we are early risers but the departure time of 1000AM and the breakfast times of 0730 to 0930 would not be to everyones liking.

I had a large comfortable and very clean room with a generous hospitality tray. The hotel is very close to the south beach and the Spa entertainment centre. The owner was friendly and welcoming and cooked an excellent English breakfast! A fresh tomato at breakfast, rather than tinned tomatoes, would have made everything absolutely perfect but this is a minor niggle and I hope it will not affect a perfect score of 10!

Cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general. Breakfast was first class. The owners were very helpful and friendly. There was nothing that was too much trouble for them. There was nothing that my husband and I did not like.
