The wifi worked well, the shower was okay and my pet was welcome.

The lack of friendliness, the room in general the damaged plastic table cloth, the facilities in general.

    Comfy beds.

It was completely run down - awful. No pool table or dart board as advertised. Dining area had loud music and a couple of shabby old locals at shabby old tables. Can't stand in shower - only tall enough to kneel. Ate dinner in the pub up the road. Should not be on a Booking.com site.

Cheap and near airport. Helpful staff.

Noisy with takeoffs, expensive to get to with airport taxis (35 pounds) and stuffy is summer - one small window.

    The people were very helpful

My room was above the shed. Had to climb the fire escape to get in. The door didn't fit or close or lock. I couldn't stand up in the toilet. No wall plugs, just a power plug in the middle of the room. No one in the facilities until 8am. I paid for breakfast which I didn't get. I wanted an early morning call but no phone or anyone there to do it. No transportation available in the village to take me to the airport. Had to hitchhike to the airport. It was a nightmare.

Close to the airport, historic bldg. former staging inn), quaint neighborhood

No Wi-Fi in room. Room was very small, but since it was probably the former hay loft for the historic inn's stables, it was rather intriguing.

The staff during check-in was friendly and supportive. The W-LAN was quite fast.

The Swan Inn provides the quality of a low-level hostel (i.e. joint toilet/shower, the shower was not functioning correctly and hardly any water was coming out) for the price similar to that of some good hotels in the area - so definitely a very bad value for the money. I was served a breakfast where basically everything (joghurts etc.) was weeks beyond the expiry date - I complained and at least got the money for the breakfast back.

We were double booked so never actually stayed at the swan, the manager booked us in somewhere else though. The other place wasn't great to be honest.

Max, our host, was extremely friendly and helpful.

This is a bare-bones hostelry, the best feature of which is its proximity to Heathrow airport. Room was tiny, toilet down the hall, and there's a communal shower room behind the pub. Perfectly adequate, but a rather sad place to stay on my last night in the U.K.

that my dog was welcome to stay with me, that we had a key to the back door, that it was quiet, that there was plenty of places to walk the dog close by.

    The proximity to heathrow airport.

Everything. The hotel should not be a member of booking.com. Very substandard!

Although it is close to the Heathrow Airport taxis charge about 35pounds! Nothing happened but it doesn't feel safe and make me feel comfortable.

Staff who tried to be friendly as much as try can buy with rubbish facilities there isn't much they can convince anyone with.

Everything else. Very poor facilities for a £90/ night place. Was in a loft conversion when it was boiling hot, they didnt even have fans to give out. Facilities are only slightly better than camping, a rip off at £90/ night. They wouldn't let you cancel once you've booked either, even for the following day,if they did every single booked person might cancel it as soon as they turn up here. Wouldn't be booking an unknown hotel through any website in the future.

It is an old pub with friendly people around it. Very lovely owner with her daughter. He genuinely helped me out along my stay there.

The room was quite run down and dirty but good enough for me to sleep for a night.
