The bar staff and the regulars in the bar, the Guinness, Sky TV, free WIFI and the parking. You wouldn't put your pet dog in the accommodation SERIOUS WARNING Be prepared for the worst - this place is an overpriced dump. The rooms upstairs are dirty and tatty. You wouldn't put your dog in the rooms out back. This place would easily win 1st prize for the least attractive place to stay near Heathrow. 2nd prize would be the Oakwood B & B at West Drayton which is also a dump. Take my advice go to Fountain House hotel Hayes - nice people, homely, a good breakfast, free parking and WIFI excellent value for money.

Nothing. They have charged my card although I have paid them cash! So I paid double for one night. From terminal 5 you must take the bus 441, but the driver did not know and did not left me on the right place.

Price! & books in room, does what is says on the tin, helpful staff, a pub. Shared bathroom - but advertised as such so can't complain. Tatty and run down - but you could say quirky.

I paid for break first and waited for 1.5 hours for the door to open to the pub. I then found out there was none (cook not there or something) but I had paid for it and never received my money back :S very annoying!!!

Friendly bar - my kind of people except for the Millwall supporter Scrap (just joking) I was supposed to stay two nights but stayed only one upstairs this time much better than the room I had before out back. It was no problem to rearrange the 2nd night in the same room for two weeks time Down to earth place - basic amenities but then you get what you pay for

It was a last min decision,my only interest was to have a good night sleep,in a warm bedroom,so It did not matter that there was no breakfast available basic bedroom with radiator & shoddy furniture, friendly lady booked me in,pub was quiet, but warm & enjoyable Bed was falling to pieces as was the bedside cabinet, had to rebuild bed before I could sleep in it.bedside cabinet looked like it would disintegrate if I opened the drawer ? So I left it alone. No breakfast,no towels

The staff were really friendly. The bed was comfortable and there was a TV also. Plenty of storage and free wi-fi was a big plus as I had work to do There was a noisy couple who obviously had an early flight the following morning and was less than considerate. Breakfast was advertised but on arrival there was none available. The shower did not work properly, blasting out alternate jets of boiling hot and freezing cold water. The Inn is advertise as being in Staines but is actually 3 miles away.

From the locals making you feel welcome to the guvnor max making you feel at home, I would highly recommend to any traveller who loves a good time and wants to get to know a few locals to stay here. The room was great and excellent heating with a kettle n coffee supplied. I loved the swan and I will definantly stay there again next time I'm in London The only fault if any was it was a little out of town maybe a half hr tube ride.

Staff were pleasant and gave directions to local amentities i.e. Take-aways & Pubs offering nice food! Good location for Thorpe Park. 1 Night stay was fine (wouldn't want to stay for any longer though!) Breakfast was Cereal & Toast and definitely was NOT worth the £5.00pp charged (could get a Full English at another pub just down the road for £2.00!!!) No Hot Water to bath/shower in the morning.

The staff - they were polite and helpful. Although we did not order breakfast online, they nonetheless made us some. And I really enjoyed to find a hotel which is actually pet-friendly. The dog could go wherever he wanted to, and even the owner was nice to him. And it was the only place we found in Greater London where they did not charge extra for them. Although the pub was typically British, we did miss the chatting of foreign room attendands in the morning, just like we had experienced in every other hotel. I have to admit not being woken up by words like 'kurva' is something that every person misses. And the coffee was great. Loud music on weekends. And the shared bathroom, but we knew what we had to face when we booked the room. There is no place beside home were a shared bathroom is appealing.

The conditions were appalling. I prepaid the so called loft which turned out to be a shabby room on the second floor of a detached house, with a low skewed roof, an antique wooden door with large chinks and a would-be lock dating back to the 17th century and with no door handle at all, an externally built steep and slippery ladder instead of a standard staircase and no normal window at all. A barn-made-hotel. No room service at all. For two days that I stayed there nobody appeared to clean the room or assist me with anything. It was cold and the wind was heavily blowing, the walls inside were cold. The bar in the main building was empty in the morning so I could not find anybody to return the keys. It was a deception!!! This hotel should be removed from the booking.com web site for providing misleading information to clients.

Wasn't clean, uncomfortable, and having to go to the loft room which was outside up steep stairs. Plus it was raining so not a very safe idea. Couldn't use the shower, as it didn't even look like one. Stains on the carpet. To be honest I paid way to much for this room. Me and my friends had a really uncomfortable stay.

It was quiet, and relatively comfortable. There was no breakfast-despite my paying the extra money for it, and there was no one around in the morning when I left. I wasn't even able to hand over my key.
