Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel.
Bathroom was beautiful but cold could benefit from heated towel rail
Nice staff, nice food, convenient location
Mattress was not great
the character of this pub was lovely. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best on our trip.
The wifi was only available in the pub, not in the room. The meals at the bar were a bit pretentious and expensive. (But very good)
friendly staff, and the room was good value.
breakfast lacked options on the fruit yoghurt - no marmalade
The staff were very friendly and helpful
The busy main road outside the hotel
Loved the friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, comfortable and clean accommodation. Very thoughtfully equipped: our room had both an extra oil-radiator and a fan. We've booked again
I would have like some fruit at breakfast, and some healthier cereals - cooked options were excellent, but non-cooked a bit refined-carb and unimaginative.
The warmth and friendliness of the staff. Good food. Best chops I have ever had. Steak and chops done to perfection Rachel staff member wonderful. Warm and friendly.
Car parking. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
No problems encountered
Room was clean with modern bathroom. They do really great food at the bar. Plenty of car parking.
Wifi was not available in the room, only in bar area downstairs.
Our room was nothing fancy but quite comfortable, nice bathroom, friendly staff and great food!!!
Be careful walking upstairs as there are steps not well lit, easy to trip on.
Very good evening meal. Staff very attentive and helpful.
Full complimentary breakfast Friendly staff Lovely area Tea/coffee/ biscuits in room Space heater in room
One must cross a very busy street with no lights or crosswalks or sign while carrying heavy luggage. Traffic does not slow down. Bed was not very comfortable. Not enough hot water to fill bathtub.
Open fire in bar and good food.
Room and bed Breakfast Location Food
WiFi very poor, only in bar area and extremely slow. Food prices were a bit high, as were drinks. A discount for residents would be a nice touch.
Friendly staff especially in the bar and restaurant. Excellent food both evening and breakfast.
Only one real ale on due to new year sell out. The spitfire was good though.
Good value. Lovely staff. Great food.
Staff were really helpful and friendly Lovely Pub to have dinner in
great location and friendly staff and a good breakfast
shower was a bit unpredictable
Reasonable breakfast. Location was convenient for our journey
Duvet was too small for the bed. Dogs were allowed in rooms and we were not advised of that and we were woken in the night by dogs barking in the next room. We arrived just before the closing of the restaurant after a very difficult journey and were told that all there was to eat was jacket potatoes or baguettes only to find that within the next 20 minutes a group of staff sat at the next table to us in the bar with cooked meals. On the coldest night of the year the log fire was not lit. We would not stay there again or recommend this accommodation
The staff were nice and helpful. The pub is in a good location, lots of parking, nice food, good value for money, modern decor, brilliant skittles alley, oil filled radiator for extra heat.
The shower really needed a good bleach due to the black mould. The bunk bed mattress was very hard and the drawers were falling apart. Despite the triple glazing the sound from the road was very loud during the night.
The location was great, very friendly staff, the family room easily accommodated 4 adults
The Free WiFi only works in the pub, and only for 30 minutes at a time. In this day and age there is no excuse for not having free wifi available in the rooms
The friendliness from Staff. Views from bedroom spent ages watching a heron.spent evening in comfort by open fire.we loved Furnishing and decor . Great shower and Immediate hot water. Efficient hospitality tray could have done with a bisciut.
We had nothing to complain about!
Lovely location, easy to find and great breakfast
Bed was very low and uncomfortable and a lot of noise from the bowling alley in the pub.
Close to Salisbury an Stonehenge Family atmosphere Free Parking English breakfast included Bathrooms quite new Very friend lady receptionist
Corridor noisy mainly due to hollow raised flooring Wifi bandwidth not consistent. Rooms further away from lobby cannot received wifi.
