The greeting was very friendly, we were tired after being in London for a few days and the reception was fantastic, rooms spotless wi-fi free and really super food a few yards from great fishing river Avon and trout abound

Very friendly staff and great food. Proximity to bus lines going to Salisbury and Devizes from where links to other towns/villages exist.

Not in Salisbury although the booking.com website mentions otherwise. Hence you depend on the first/last bus.

Easy parking and booking in, comfortable rooms and a wide choice on menu.

very cheap, good quality accommodation. Nice traditional pub. Excellent food and service. Lovely garden by the river. Had day at Longleat, lovely evening at Swan, next day a few minutes drive to explore Salisbury. Super!

Fantastic staff, good beer and great food. Room was very good with a really comfortable bed.the owner and all his staff made it a very memorable stay. Well placed for visiting Stonehenge and Salisbury .

Friendly staff and owners - nothing was too much trouble Convenient location for Salisbury and tourism sites on Salisbury plain. Breakfast and dinners very good quality and value.

the sauce with the modules mariner was a tad on the strong side.

General all round package, good value for money

Staff was awesome and super fun and friendly. Food was very good and fairly priced. The location was absolutely beautiful. Sat down by the river side and just watched the sun set. The room was nice and the bathroom good sized and clean.

Wifi connection could not reach the room. The room was very hot and we could not open the windows because there was no screens in yet.

The green light in the room which presumably some moron in an office in eu-land dreamed up ......no worries though as judiciously applied insulating tape killed the luminary intrusion.
