The rooms were very nice.We stayed in room 2 which was well decorated and clean. The food at the swan was exerllent.
we only had a bath in this room would have liked a shower. Im being pick here.
Lovely view. Nice size family room. Good food.
Could have been cleaner. Basin and shelf in bathroom.
Quiet and pretty location, close to town if you have a car and comfortable beds.
The shower was awkward, lacking any grip rail or even a soap dish and with a very large step down to the bathroom floor.
The staff were lovely and the food great.
The decor was in need of being updated in the hallway to the rooms but the room itself was well furnished and clean.
Staff were extremely helpful, is set in lovely surroundings, very peaceful and quiet. Both the rooms and the restaurant are decorated in a modern country style and are very warm and welcoming. We had such a good nights sleep, we woke up late and missed our breakfast!
friendly staff and location
No shower in bathroom and water flow into bath very slow
Staff were really welcoming and will answer any questions. We had a lovely room, and the food was excellent! Would recommend.
Location was good for the views, but if needed to head into high/low town, you either have to have/get transport, or have a slightly hairy walk. But do not let this put you off! The staff, food and rooms are worth this minor detail.
Views were lovely. Really relaxing evening. Excellent food. Nice rooms. Will definitely return to this friendly pub/hotel
Everything was great.
Lots of space in the family room with comfy beds. A nice warm welcome and good food.
the food was good.
just a litte to far from town centre.
Little bit out the way so had to drive into Bridgnorth and room had no air conditioning so was very stuffy and hot.
Clean and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast, beautiful views.
Footpath from pub to town was overgrown. Had hoped to walk into town along river (Severn Way) but unable to do so. Walked along road but very busy. Not hotel fault.
excellent and friendly staff and food good range of beers good views from garden
would have been nice to have a shower over the bath
Service, food, room, staff
Food great, staff friendly and helpful. Room fairly comfortable.
Poor decoration lets the place down, especially on the landing.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful! We especially enjoyed chatting with Ian! The food was delicious and the Swan Inn was cozy and inviting. The accommodations were clean and comfortable!
I was given a warm welcome, shown to a lovely room that was spotless and comfortable. The decor was fresh and modern, the breakfast was delicious and the setting is very very pretty. I will definitely return and would recommend at stay to anyone.
The landing and hall were due to be decorated so not in the best condition but the rest of the premises were freshly decorated, clean, tidy and very comfortable.
staff were brilliant. food good. beds superb (and pillows) own carpark. good location.
room bit dark needed few more soft lamps
The bed soooo comfy The decor lovely I think it will improve even more as time goes on as tha haven't been ther long enough to do it all
Nice location. Lovely outdoor terrace. Quiet. Comfortable room.
No hot water in the basin on arrival. There was no hot water in the(electric) shower. Some mistakes on the bill.
Staff very helpful - nothing seemed too much trouble. Food was good and selection of beers. General ambience was very good.
Would have liked a comfortable chair in our bedroom. TV too small.
The staff were excellent, efficient & extremely welcoming. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. We ate in the restaurant in the evening & the meal was wonderful. The room was small but with a very comfortable bed. The tea & coffee amenities in the room were more than are normally given in hotel rooms & the chocolate bars were a nice touch. The bath was gorgeous even though it took ages to fill, it was worth it.
Half used bottle of bath gel left in bathroom from previous guests. The room was extremely hot & stuffy. Could not leave the windows open as the road alongside the hotel was busy through the night.
We loved the way the staff made us welcome and the decor of the room. The evening meal was to a very high standard - our compliments to the chef!
There were obvious signs of water ingress but work was being carried out to fix it but it did not affect our enjoyment of the Inn.
